90 DAY GRADUATE FROM OPIOIDS: A COADDICT’S STORY: When my husband (Opioid Addict) and I started counseling with Dr. Glen three months ago, I was skeptical to say the least. I wondered how one person could possibly assist us in this big of a change in “90 days.” He told us he could help us to re-wire our brains if we would commit to the system for 3 months. We decided to take that leap of faith and it changed our lives. I have never felt so strong in our marriage. He taught us about why we act & react the way we do. How our prefrontal cortex works and its role in our decision making. He taught me about anxiety and how it works (& how to better help my husband through those attacks). We both took PTSR assessments and learned about how events from our childhood still affect us today, that there are things that are not our fault and how to work through and manage those things as adults. I felt like Glen was with us every step of the way, cheering us on. The support net he provided and dedication he showed us made me feel like we were special and our success was important to him. The level of care he provided us in the last 90 days will go unmatched and will never be forgotten. We are so grateful for his help, support & love he has given us. The new life we have to look forward to is so amazing and I truly believe we are changing our family tree now after his counseling. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Dr. Glen!
