The Book of Genesis
Syngenesis: The First Gospel of Health and Safety
Syngenesis is the word I use meaning to “unite the origin”. This word links to XX and XY chromosomes creating a human embryo. Syngenesis has a technical sense to it and also touches the Biblical idea of the Book of Genesis. I believe this term can elevate human arousal and reproduction from biology to the image of God.
Rather than adding syngenesis/reproductive education as an appendage, I am suggesting to position the conversation at its deserving place, The Gospel. Syngenesis: The First Gospel of Health and Safety is one of the most consistent, rich, and yet undiscovered facets of Scripture and the life of Christ in the Bible. This era will be defined by its sexual politics and how people of faith educate their children.
The premier message of the Bible and the life of Jesus Christ is the First Gospel of Health and Safety. The author of Genesis, the messaging of Jesus, and John the Revelator’s end-time exhortations herald the same Good News. The Scriptural leitmotif, or common thread, is the Creator-God who “sees” and blesses humankind with the light of “goodness” and salvation. The Genesis Creator begins the First Gospel with the “intimacy” or seeing of creation. The conception of Christ gives birth to life and light for humanity dwelling in the “shadows of death”. (Matthew 4:6) The last chapter of the Book of Revelation redeems apocalyptic survivors among paradisal splendor in limitless light. Mirroring Genesis 1-4, these snapshots connect Benevolent-God to the creation in beauty, health, and salvation.
Our children and grandchildren can use some good news. Historic social revolutions wan in the rear view compared to the violent propaganda of this era. The human trafficking industry is the primary sex educator for our children. Not family, not church. Political actors target small children with myths of morphing into animal species. Then chemical treatment for human gendering can follow with perhaps irreversible genital-mutilation. This propaganda is contrary to all science and “do no harm” ethics. Perhaps the First Gospel of Health and Safety can be light for children surviving the political violence of this era?
Jesus the Good Shepherd of Health and Safety
The First Gospel of Health and Safety can be seen throughout the New Testament. The conception and birth of Jesus are without violence. In the ministry of Jesus, his compassionate truth gently breaks through the relationship trauma of the woman at the well in John chapter 4. So dramatic her faith conversion, many in her Samaritan community found Christ. The female victim abused by religious politicians, Jesus’ protective overwatch of children, and the woman healed from chronic uterine hemorrhage are only a few. Every New Testament image of Jesus attending to health and safety found hope without condemnation. All. (John 4, John 8, Matthew 18, Mark 5:25-34) I have found Jesus to be the Good Shepherd, the safe-savior of our faith for both eternal and present reward.
The First Gospel of Health and Safety includes a conversation on, “Why people of faith have not or cannot articulate this Good News”. Trauma research has identified a phenomenon Porges calls “polyvagal shutdown” which may be one reason of many. (Porges) Shutdown is a God-given neurological response to real or perceived threat. This polyvagal survival mechanism, acting as protection, is characterized by a drop in heart rate and respiration. Then dissociation follows with inability to associate health and safety content. Please see Key Vocabulary for more in-depth treatment of shutdown. This phenomenon lay beneath the pain of those victimized over and over again, and perhaps the inability to communicate health and safety within families.
In order to prevent shutdown, before each paragraph when threatening content may follow, “Shutdown Awareness” appears. The reader can then choose to skip the material or proceed with awareness.
Sexual Politics and Their Myths
Shutdown Awareness: The point of this piece outlines historic mythologies which have driven violent sexual politics up to this era. Reactive words like sexual ethics, erotic violence, and incest follow.
What if the First Gospel of Health and Safety kindly speaks to faith-based families concerned for their children? Savage sexual ethics of 1500 BC swirled in a mythological maelstrom. For example, Mesopotamian folklore featured the snake goddess. Tiamat, often portrayed as an out of control, untamed, nature force, sea dragon may reflect the snake imagery of Genesis 3. According to the Enuma Elish origin myth, Marduk murdered Tiamat, whom some scholars believe was sexually assaulted by her perpetrator. Marduk then dismembered the snake deity morphing the created order from her bloody gore. Mesopotamian sexual ethics practiced human sex trafficking of their children often with death from ritual cultic sacrifice. Is it possible ideology formed from myth, or myth from practice, then transmitted from parent to child?
The Egyptian origin story begins with formless water-chaos remarkably resembling the Genesis creation snapshot. The creator-deity RA /Atum fashioned the first divine brother and sister pair, Shu and Tefnut. (RA, by the way, is the Hebrew term for sexual nihilism.) This incestuous theogeny birthed the brother and sister offspring of Geb and Nut. These two full-siblings gave birth to Osiris, Isis, Set, and Nephthys who then repeated the same pattern of inbreeding.
Myth reflected the reality of royal Egyptian families practicing incest. In the Egyptians’ attempt to preserve empirical pedigree, the unintended outcome perpetuated birth defects. Incest origin myths became reality for Egypt’s elite families, undermining their obsession for succession. Egyptian incest myths drove both sexual politics and practice to fatal irreversible results.
Could it be that over 3500 years ago a benevolent Creator-God gave the First Gospel of Health and Safety for families? Not only does the hope of redemption, atonement, and covenant weave throughout the Bible, but also health and safety for children. In a world of erotic images with sexual violence reflected in ancient Near Eastern myths, Genesis speaks with clarity in age-graded ways to bless and protect families. The First Gospel Message was unique, and counter-culture to the violence of ancient Near Eastern propaganda and sexual practice.
Perhaps the most malignant modern myth swirls around violent gender politics. Aggressive ideological actors, contrary to science, groom children with myths of morphing into animals. The grooming fantasy states that a child can change species from human into different animals of their choice. Chemical hormone replacement therapy (HRT) may then introduce. The social construct of the child likely has made the decision for them. HRT alters the endocrine system with reproductive hormones making long term change in mind and body. The fantasy alters DNA, the mythology becomes reality for the child. The final phase of this propaganda prescribes irreversible genital mutilation.
The First Gospel of Health and Safety speaks to gender without judgment. The science of intersex traits finds a compassionate home in Scripture. Jesus specifically speaks to gender in Matthew 19 without condemnation or judgment. In the Key Vocabulary, you will find Scripture supported by science as a counter culture to current gender myths targeting children. You will also see hope for children with traits not clearly XX or XY. Please see the Key Vocabulary for fuller treatment of Eunuchism/Intersex Traits.
At times I think about victims of violent mythologies throughout history. What if they had been introduced to the First Gospel of Health and Safety? Could outcomes have been healthier for royal Egyptian offspring, or trafficked children sacrificed in the human sex trade?
Mythologies exist today. Over 10% of the modern-era trans population will reverse their gender assignments. Is it possible for people of faith to respond to gender reversal with the compassion of Christ rather than condemnation? The First Gospel of Health and Safety founded upon Scripture and the life of Christ speaks to myths driving current sexual politics. My prayer is that people of faith will permit the transformational power of this Good News to drive gender conversations without judgment.
Although gender detransition statistics require more metadata, a 2021 study estimates that up to 13% of trans patients later detransition. Reasons include external stressors like social and family pressure, or financial stress, rather than identity change. Detransition research suggests up to 3.8% reassign due to internal perception. https://fenwayhealth.org/new-study-shows-discrimination-stigma-and-family-pressure-drive-detransition-among-transgender-people/
Other myths whirl. 100% of my clientele report their parents were not the primary intimacy, health or safety educators. Well-intentioned parents had neither training nor awareness of relevant Scripture with the life of Christ. This silence is perhaps driven by the myth that children intuitively respond to the most powerful biological wiring of their lives? The fantasy applies to generations of church attendees believing institutional professionals are designated teachers of health and safety rather than parents. The silence has contributed to generations of abused children within religious institutions. This myth endures contrary to all Biblical mandates and examples.
My passion culminates over 40 years of Biblical study in health and safety. Much of this emerges from regret of personal failure. In my lifetime, theological professionals have not been able to identify nor communicate The First Gospel. Generations of academics and pastors, including myself, served silence to faith-based families. The historical approach often misuses sacred texts in concert with benign personal politics reproducing malignant results. Until this research, I had no idea the First Gospel existed. The hope, the kindness, the intimacy of the Word of God inspire me still after four decades of Biblical study.
The approach uses the words of The Bible with the life of Jesus. God has always used languaged to change culture. Over 175 unique health and safety Biblical terms and phrases have been identified thus far. Possibly, more exist in the pages of Scripture, yet undiscovered. The nuances, idioms, and literary devices are prolific. Over 1500 years of authorship survived catastrophic cultural revolutions across multiple languages. Three millennia of textual transmission make this a truly monumental task. I personally enter this study with humility and the willingness to assess outcomes based on Scriptural evidence and the life of Jesus. If you can contribute greater depth and additional terms, please do so.
Shutdown Awareness: The purpose of this paragraph is to cast a vision of Biblical health and safety as opposed to the human trafficking/ porn industry as primary educator for children. If you feel threat, please skip.
My personal goal is to leave behind a legacy for our grandchildren which is Biblical, like Christ, healthy, and safe. What if this First Gospel, in fact, can turn the tables on the porn industry as the primary educator for our children? Can we who care about our children be the tip of the spear to prevent human sex traffickers from grooming our children through the internet?
My passion is to present a Biblical Christlike conversation to restore parents as the primary educators of health and safety. As a pastor and Christian therapist, I neither prescribe intimate behaviors nor promote political ideologies. The Bible mandates 7 times that parents are the primary teachers for their children, not institutional professionals like therapists or pastors. The following Scriptures specifically direct parents to teach their children. Hover your cursor over these references and you will hyperlink to the Blue Letter Bible for deeper study. (Deuteronomy 4:9-10; 6:4-10; 11:19; Psalm 34:11; 78:5-6) My dream is to help restore this sacred practice to parents.
Shutdown Awareness: The following 5 paragraphs contain terms like sexual myth, porn, and sex education. Please skip if you sense any threat? The goal is to offer data on the communication of health and safety content to children to replace the trafficking industry using porn as primary educator of our children.
Today, the First Gospel of Health and Safety can still speak with Scriptural authority for people of faith. Could this be a Biblical answer to violent sexual politics? Can the compassion of Christ for children and Scripture become a response to the human trafficking industry targeting children with porn?
In a survey to better understand how families communicate syngenesis health and safety, over half of the respondents reported these parent-to-child conversations were either discouraged or forbidden entirely. This survey reflects several myths mentioned previously.
In many households, discussions about syngenesis and intimacy do not exist. “77% of respondents did not feel empowered to ask questions about sex when they were young, and 60% said that discussions about sex were either taboo or very taboo during their upbringing. This widespread unease often stems from a variety of factors. The most common, cited by 45% of those who never received “the talk,” is their parents’ own discomfort (polyvagal shutdown) with discussing sexual topics. Additionally, 26% of parents assumed their children would learn about sex in school, while 22% admitted they never received ‘the talk’ themselves and didn’t know how to broach the subject.” https://siecus.org/the-talk-sex-education-survey/#:
The goal of this work provides a Biblical Christ-centered common language to families. Each age-appropriate definition connects to an original Biblical Health and Safety Index created for richer study and reflection. If you enjoy the Biblical languages of Hebrew and Greek, you can access these tools with the index linking to the Blue Letter Bible. The goal is twofold: 1. to restore the parent as primary educator replacing the human sex trade using the porn industry as grooming and 2. To provide an evidence based model of syngenesis/reproductive health and safety for parents to teach their children.
Three categories of syngenesis terms are color coded in blue, green, and red. The health-positive terms are blue. Anatomical words and phrases appear in green. Asyngenesis unhealthy terms highlight in red. For example:
003H. Parental Affection, dah-BACH (Gen 2:24) Strong, H1692
“003H” is the index number showing the third health positive term in the Bible. “H” stands for the Hebrew language. The definition follows next, “Parental Affection”.
The Hebrew pronunciation, dah-BACH, emphasizes the second syllable, BACH, which sounds like the last name of the great composer, Johann Sebastian BACH. Hover your cursor over (Gen 2:24), and a hyperlink takes you to the Blue Letter Bible so you can assess this verse in context. Hover over the concordance number, Strong, H1692, and you will connect to exhaustive definitions from multiple sources. And if you are passionate, you can examine every passage in the entire Bible where the word, parental affection, occurs using the Blue Letter Bible. The Hebrew word for parental affection also appears in the New Testament.
003G. Parental Affection, kah-LA-oh (Mat 19:5) Strong, G2853
“003G” identifies this as the New Testament Greek term for the Hebrew counterpart, “003H” dah-BACH. The Greek word is pronounced with the emphasis on the “LA”, kah-LA-oh. Hover your cursor over the Scripture or the concordance number for Strong, G2853 and you will hyperlink to the Blue Letter Bible.
All citations come from the New International Version. WLC is the abbreviation for the Westminster Leningrad Codex, the earliest most-complete Hebrew Bible used by scholars. GNT stands for the Greek Morphological New Testament. Both texts are standards in advanced Biblical studies.
In addition, you will find a Key Vocabulary with Scripture and current neuroscience to understand the developmental processes of your children as you teach them about health and safety. As an application, I will show you how to enjoy this content through Nature Immersion: The Creation Walk. This grounding technique used by Christian counselors is the most pleasurable practice I have ever known. You may enjoy taking your family into the forest or on the beach to illustrate the First Gospel of Health and Safety within the creation.
I have used specific vocabulary, hoping this will be helpful for you. These terms include “The First Gospel of Health and Safety” and “snapshot”. The First Gospel is a way of speaking about the metanarrative, leitmotif, or umbrella theme in literature. The Bible begins and ends with this Good News in Genesis 1-2 then concludes in Revelation 21-22. Woven throughout every book of the Bible except for the one-page letter of Obadiah, the theme of health and safety appears. Snapshots represent the smaller individual-pictures beneath the First Gospel theme. Perhaps you have heard of the “Upper Story” and the “Lower Story” of Scripture? This too is a way to speak about the Upper Story or First Gospel of Health and Safety and the Lower Story representing the term snapshot. In my small mind I resonate with the use of videos and snapshot pics in social media. I hope this is beneficial for you.
Revival of Faith with Common Language
This work provides kind common-language for parents to share with children in age-graded ways. A common vocabulary based on Scripture has founded spiritual revivals and reformations of faith from Genesis, Exodus, Nehemiah and Ezra, Josiah, Jesus, Pentecost, and the Epistles.
Neh 8:9 Then Nehemiah the governor, Ezra the priest and teacher of the Law (5th century BC), and the Levites who were instructing the people said to them all, “This day is holy to the LORD your God. Do not mourn or weep.” For all the people had been weeping as they listened to the words of the Law.
King Josiah’s staff found a hidden copy of the Law in 2 Kings 22:8. Josiah (7th century BC) in response, led a reformation of health and safety for the people of Israel.
2Ki 23:2-3 He (King Josiah) read in their hearing all the words of the Book of the Covenant, which had been found in the temple of the LORD.
The king stood by the pillar and renewed the covenant in the presence of the LORD—to follow the LORD and keep his commands, statutes and decrees with all his heart and all his soul, thus confirming the words of the covenant written in this book. Then all the people pledged themselves to the covenant.
Act 2:4-8 All of them were filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues (known dialects) as the Spirit enabled them.
Now there were staying in Jerusalem God-fearing Jews from every nation under heaven. When they heard this sound, a crowd came together in bewilderment, because each one heard their own language being spoken. Utterly amazed, they asked: “Aren’t all these who are speaking Galileans? Then how is it that each of us hears them in our native language?
I came to faith in Christ during the explosion of the 70’s Jesus Movement. I recall the poignant presence of grace and the overwhelming love with forgiveness of God. The memories of passion and power stay with me to this day. As pre-teenagers growing up in Las Vegas, we gathered several times a week for Bible study. We prayed in groups during lunch hour on the winter grass of Fremont Jr. High. We witnessed about our newfound faith to addicts in Paradise Park as dealers poured drugs onto the funny pages of the local newspaper. At the core of this great movement of the Spirit was the person and work of Christ as reflected in the Scriptures. Perhaps, we are at a turning point of faith, ready for a common language for the sake of our children and grandchildren?
Finally, I believe a benevolent Father-God inspired the Bible through His Spirit, without error in the original texts, authoritative for all matters of health and safety, and incapable of failing our families. My dream is to give to the next generation a Godly-sane vision of the First Gospel: the goodness and beauty of creation with syngenesis health, and safety for our children. What if, Scripture and the life of Jesus become the primary educators for our children rather than the human trafficking industry with its use of porn? I believe this is possible in our lifetime. I pray you will join me.

Chapter One
The First Gospel of Health and Safety
For Children Ages 0-5
Syngenesis Health Positive Terms
Shaping the brain structure for our children’s health and safety begins with four gentle terms: Be fruitful and increase, parental affection, and to know intimately.
001H-002H. Be Fruitful and Increase, pah-RAH rah-BAH (Genesis 1:22) Strong, H6509 and H7235
003H. Parental Affection, Intimacy of Intercourse, dah-BACH (Genesis 2:24) Strong, H1692
004H. To know, Intimacy, yah-DAH (Genesis 4:1) Strong, H3045
The first health and safety phrase in the Bible is, “be fruitful and increase”. Note that although reproductive/syngenesis language, the first terms begin gently, featuring plant reproduction rather than human function. Syngenesis is the term in this work used for healthy relationship, arousal, and reproduction. The word, syngenesis, connects more closely to the First Gospel, and elevates reproduction from biology to the image of God. This is a soft place to begin with small children ages 0-5. Syngenesis means to “unite the origin” connecting to XX and XY chromosomes creating a human embryo.
Between the ages of 0-5, children neurologically wire to form attachments, express emotions, and interact with others. This wiring sprouts 1 million new connections a second, 60 million a minute, or 86.4 trillion new circuits a day. Counting one circuit a second without ever stopping you would reach 86 trillion in 2,725,176 years. https://www.pbsnc.org/blogs/science/in-babies-crucial-neural-connections-happen-before-age-three/
How humans connect relationally and affectionately begins in the first five years. Based on parental care, these networks shape the brain, forming the neural architecture for future romantic relationships. During this developmental stage, children can be taught healthy affection, that God created the human body without shame, and anatomically correct terminology. You may notice that all the health positive syngenesis terms in Genesis 1-5 are kind and easy to understand for small children.
001H-002H. Be Fruitful and Increase, pah-RAH rah-BAH (Genesis 1:22) Strong, H6509 and H7235
When parents nurture children ages 0-5, the brain literally shapes according to parents’ physical presence, tone of voice, and touch. All health and safety terms in chapters 1-2 of Genesis are kind and gentle for young ears. No unhealthy snapshots appear in the opening two chapters of Genesis. Research confirms what Scripture has taught for 3500 years. Parents shape a child’s ability to process health and safety throughout life. On the other hand, if health and safety content is neglected or communicates threat, the brain wires for negative outcomes. The default response can be avoidance, fear, anger, unprocessed shame then neurological shutdown. Please see Key Vocabulary on “Shutdown”, one of the main barriers to communicating health and safety content. Communicating with compassionate truth is not optional for the teaching of children.
The brain volume of a child shaped by parental care has a history of evidence-based research for over 75 years. A 2020 report states that neglected children have nearly 9% smaller brain volume than children with healthy parental care. Less gray matter volume can result in high anxiety and addiction potential with an inability to process healthy relationships. Safe relationships are learned from parents. Children who have difficulty understanding social relationships can lack fear of threat called “indiscriminate friendliness”. The inability to process healthy relationships can expose a child to ongoing violence. ( https://www.bbc.com/news/health-51010388 ) Please see the Key Vocabulary for “indiscriminate friendliness”, or the inability to process healthy relationships.
The development of a child’s “relationship brain” and intimacy with others begins with parents. The positive-images of the Book of Genesis with compassionate parenting can literally shape the gray matter volume of a child. The health and safety terms of Genesis 1-2 are: Be fruitful, increase, affection between parents, the human body, nakedness without shame, and vegetative seed. The Genesis author applies care to state that the human body carries no shame. Unprocessed shame underlies all addictions and sexual dysfunctions I treat. These non-shaming images are foundational for teaching health and safety from Genesis through to the Book of Revelation.
The overarching First Gospel of Health and Safety takes shape in Genesis 1-2. All vocabulary paints a positive view of the Creator who “sees” and declares the creation good and healthy. Biblical conversation for children can begin with the health-positive words, “be fruitful and increase” appearing seven times in the book of Genesis (Genesis 1:22, 28; 8:17; 9:1,7; 17:20; 35:11). Seven often occurs as a perfect or complete number in ancient literature, meant possibly to reflect spiritual wholeness or emphasis. The phrase “be fruitful and increase” first connects to reproducing animals, then Adam and Eve’s family, Noah, and finally the family of Abraham to Joseph. No negative images link to the “be fruitful and increase” statements throughout the Bible. This phrase begins every intimate relationship, called covenant, God made with humankind. All covenants in the Book of Genesis begin with this kind mandate, “be fruitful and increase.” Clinicians often use the word syngenesis for sexual reproduction. Syn means “with” and genesis connects to the opening line of the first book of the Bible, In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. (Genesis 1:1) Syngenesis as a clinical term for XX to XY reproduction, and health and safety for faith-based families.
Within Genesis 1-2 the “be fruitful and increase” phrase appears twice. Genesis 1:22 reveals the first declaration of God in the Bible, blessing the syngenesis of the animal kingdom. The second blessing of God directs at humans: “Be fruitful and increase in number; fill the earth and subdue it” (Genesis 1:28). The first blessing of God mandates health. No negative or traumatic images for children appear in Genesis 1-2.
Further Study for Greater Depth
The Hebrew word, be fruitful, pronounced pa-RAH, occurs 29 times in 28 verses in the Old Testament Hebrew Westminster Leningrad Codex (WLC). (Strong, H6509) The Westminster Leningrad Codex is the premier digital edition of the Leningrad Codex, the world’s oldest complete manuscript of the Hebrew Bible. Please click on (WLC) to hyperlink for deeper study or see the Key Vocabulary for more content on the WLC.
Pa-RAH means bearing fruit or offspring. Ra-BAH, meaning “increase,” appears 235 times in 215 verses in the WLC. (Strong, H7235). In the Old Testament, the health-positive terms “be fruitful and increase” always mean producing offspring through sexual reproduction/syngenesis. No negative images connect to this phrase in the Bible. Examples include: “God blessed them and said, “Be fruitful and increase in number and fill the water in the seas, and let the birds increase on the earth,” (Genesis 1:22) and “God blessed them and said to them, ‘Be fruitful and increase in number; fill the earth and subdue it. Rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky and over every living creature that moves on the ground’” (Genesis 1:28). Small children can learn about health-positive creation and reproduction/syngenesis without detail on intercourse intimacy.
The prophets Jeremiah and Ezekiel preached through the catastrophic annihilation of Judah with exile to Babylon in the 6th to 7th centuries BC. When these prophets spoke of hope, their sermons touched the First Gospel of Health and Safety with the words “be fruitful and increase.” (Jeremiah 23:3 and Ezekiel 36:11)
The Hebrew and Greek terms for intimate relationship with God and humankind, covenant, appear 317 times in 294 verses of the Bible. It seems reasonable and fair to the Biblical text that if all covenants of Genesis begin with the health-positive preamble, “be fruitful and increase”, then perhaps all Biblical covenants build on the First Gospel of Health and Safety? Could it be that this Good News weaves throughout the covenant theology of the entire Bible?
Genesis 1:22 God blessed them and said, “Be fruitful and increase (pah-RAH rah-BAH) in number and fill the water in the seas, and let the birds increase on the earth.”
Genesis 48:4…and said to me, “I am going to make you fruitful and increase (pah-RAH rah-BAH) your numbers. I will make you a community of peoples, and I will give this land as an everlasting possession to your descendants after you.”
Exodus 1:7…but the Israelites were exceedingly fruitful (pah-RAH); they multiplied greatly, increased (rah-BAH) in numbers and became so numerous that the land was filled with them.
Leviticus 26:9“ I will look on you with favor and make you fruitful and increase (pah-RAH rah-BAH) your numbers, and I will keep my covenant with you.”
Jeremiah 23:3“I myself will gather the remnant of my flock out of all the countries where I have driven them and will bring them back to their pasture, where they will be fruitful and increase (pah-RAH rah-BAH) in number.”
Ezekiel 36:11 I will increase (rah-BAH) the number of people and animals living on you, and they will be fruitful (pah-RAH) and become numerous. I will settle people on you as in the past and will make you prosper more than before. Then you will know that I am the LORD.

New Testament
001G and 002G. Be Fruitful and Increase, kar-par-pho-REH-oh and au-KSAH-no (Colossians 1:6) Strong, G2592 and G837
This syngenesis health-positive phrase framing every covenant in the Book of Genesis, appears once in the New Testament at Colossians 1:5-6. Paul the Apostle affirms the belonging of gentiles within the Church. He connects the covenants of Genesis with the inclusion of non-Jewish peoples to Christianity. The health and safety First Gospel connects the Old Testament to the New Covenant blessing non-Jewish converts to Christianity.
Shutdown Awareness: This paragraph mentions Graeco-Roman sexual ethics with violence, and human trafficking. The point highlights Paul the Apostle’s use of the “be fruitful and increase” phrase.
Covenant is the intimate relationship of honor and loyalty between God and the people He loves. If covenant forms on health and safety, could this foundation of intimate relationship be in part responsible for the spread of the Gospel in the first century? Graeco-Roman sexual ethics driven by mythology, often promoted violence toward children, women, and men. Human traffickers profited from the sacred sex trade, dehumanizing family members in exchange for goods and money. Could it be that the First Gospel of Health and Safety lay at the core of the transformation in first century Christianity? Is it possible, converts were drawn by the salvation, health, and safety of Jesus? Paul, in Colossians 1:6 makes a direct connection of the Gospel to the health and safety message of the New Covenant.
Colossians 1:6Of this you have heard before in the word of the truth, the gospel, which has come to you, as indeed in the whole world it is bearing fruit and increasing (kar-par-pho-REH-oh and au-KSAH-no) —as it also does among you, since the day you heard it and understood the grace of God in truth.

003H. Parental Affection, Intercourse Intimacy, Human Sex Trafficking, dah-BACH (Genesis 2:24) Strong, H1692
“Parental affection” is a nuanced translation for ages 0-5. Small children do not understand intercourse intimacy, but they can perceive affection between parents. When children watch compassionate presence between parents, these images can literally shape brain matter for healthy processing throughout their lives. Infant neuropathways wire reward systems with appropriate touch. If, on the other hand, a child does not sense affection in parents, their brain may process relationships through avoidance, threat, and shutdown circuitry. Please see Key Vocabulary on “Shutdown”. I have listed the Scriptural citations for your review. You may note that the definition for the term dah-BACH connects directly to Scripture and not the bias of translators.
Shutdown Awareness: The following paragraph contains the terms rape and human sex trafficking. Please skip this paragraph if you sense any elevation of anxiety or threat?
Three uses of dah-BACH in the Old Testament Westminster Leningrad Codex (WLC) connect to parental affection, intercourse intimacy, and human sex trafficking. Genesis 2:24 is cited by Jesus as a health-positive term for parental affection/intercourse intimacy in covenant marriage. Genesis 34:3 relates a coercive sexuality snapshot with the rape of Dinah. 1 Kings 11:2 describes Solomon’s affection for the harem of political wives trafficked from other nations. Both King Solomon and Dinah’s perpetrator felt affection for their victims. Perhaps this is a basis for teaching grooming behaviors to protect children?
Between the ages of 0-5 emotional bonds with caregivers wire neurological circuitry in small children. This wiring process can impact how that child reacts within intimate relationships as adults. The science of neuroplasticity affirms these circuits can change with focus and time. While the rewiring takes place, however, these pathways can function in adults as they formed in childhood with fear, anger, avoidance, or shutdown. https://www.abundancetherapycenter.com/blog/understanding-4-attachment-styles-and-how-they-affect-adult-relationships#:~:text=The Role of Attachment in, forming a truly intimate bond.

003G. Parental Affection, Intercourse Intimacy, Human Sex Trafficking, kah-LA-oh (Matthew 19:5) Strong, G2853
The New Testament term kah-LA-oh appears only with intercourse contexts. Similar to yah-DAH intercourse intimacy, kah-LA-oh can be either intimacy or coercive intercourse. All three Greek New Testament (GNT) uses of kah-LA-oh relate to intimate connection. The uses span the Old Testament affectionate intimacy of husband and wife to erotic violence and sacred sex trafficking. Jesus uses kah-LA-oh in Matthew 19:5 for intimacy of intercourse in marriage. Luke 15:15 uses kah-LA-oh for the prodigal son’s likely sex trade connection with a Greek citizen. The complaining brother in the parable will argue the prodigal’s inheritance financed human sex-trafficking, “But when this son of yours who has squandered your property with prostitutes (female and or male sex traffickers, PAR-nay and or PAR-nos, Strong, G4204, G4205) comes home, you kill the fattened calf for him!” (Luke 15:30) Paul uses kah-LA-oh for intercourse with a sex trafficked female. (1Co 6:16) Dah-Bach and kah-LA-oh are used 6 times in Scripture. Two of the citations are used for intimacy of intercourse in covenantal marriage and 4 appear for coercive intercourse of rape, and human sex trafficking within religious cults.
Matthew 19:5…and said, “For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united (kah-LA-oh, parental affection) to his wife, and the two will become one flesh.”
Luke 15:15So he went and hired himself out (kah-LA-oh, sex trafficking) to a citizen of that country, who sent him to his fields to feed pigs.
1Corinthians 6:16Do you not know that he who unites (kah-LA-oh, human sex trafficking) himself with a prostitute is one with her in body? For it is said, “The two will become one flesh.”

004H. Intercourse Intimacy, yah-DAH (Genesis 4:1) Strong, H3045
After 40 years of studying Genesis in Biblical Hebrew, I believe this great book is a masterpiece of inspired literary art. Written for families with children in mind, the genius of Genesis regulates anxiety for both parent and child as they communicate essential topics like syngenesis health and safety. The author’s gentle use of terms for a child age 0-5 is a pleasure to see. The first 5 chapters feature no negative syngenesis images. The repetition of the Creation snapshot in chapter 2 is a well-supported teaching-learning practice for small children. The vivid images with gentle vocabulary, not only physically shape a child’s brain, but also create the “neural architecture” of health for the rest of their lives.
As you and your child move through the Creation snapshots, you may notice the strategic use of literary devices. Euphemism is the exchange of potentially fear-producing words with softer nuances. The premier health and safety euphemism is the term for intimacy of intercourse within the covenant of marriage, yah-DAH. Click on theStrong, H3045concordance hyperlink and you and your child can hear an audio recording of the pronunciation of the term, yah-DAH, to know or to share intimate intercourse. This brilliant use of euphemism conveys health and safety content to children in age-graded ways.
The premier Biblical word for intercourse intimacy, yah-DAH, has a broad range of meaning suited for age-graded health and safety education. When parents read the verse reflecting the conception of Cain, they can interpret for small children, “Adam “knew” his wife Eve, and she became pregnant….” Children can make associations between husband and wife, knowing, and pregnancy. As children mature, parents may read this verse as “intimately knowing”. A prepubescent child ages 6-11 can make connections of a special kind of knowing called intimacy, “I see the Creator, God sees into me, I see into my spouse, my spouse sees into me”, intimacy. Then, when a parent senses a child is mature enough, the terms intimate intercourse may be used as they prepare for covenant marriage.
Adam (yah-DAH, knew, was intimate with, had intercourse intimacy with) his wife Eve, and she became pregnant and gave birth to Cain. She said, “With the help of the LORD I have brought forth a man.” (Genesis 4:1)
May I encourage the use of the term “knowing or intimacy” with children? The term, sex, did not appear in literature until the 14th century AD. The Latin word, “sexus” originally meant “to divide or cut” as in sector or scissors. Sexus in the Middle Ages described the gendering or division of male and female cattle. H.G. Wells first used sex as shorthand for intercourse intimacy in his 1900 novel, Love and Mr. Lewisham, writing: “sex for a home is the woman’s traffic”. Up until the 14th century AD, the Biblical euphemism for intercourse intimacy had been “knowing spiritually, beautifully, restfully, in pleasure, with compassionate presence, and in reconciliation”. https://interestingliterature.com/2012/12/literature-and-sex/ and https://etymologyotd.wordpress.com/2018/03/30/sex-first-coined-by-dh-lawrence-as-sexual-intercourse-read-more-4/
Genesis 4:1Adam made love to (yah-DAH) his wife Eve, and she became pregnant and gave birth to Cain. She said, “With the help of the LORD I have brought forth a man.”
Genesis 4:17Cain made love to (yah-DAH) his wife, and she became pregnant and gave birth to Enoch. Cain was then building a city, and he named it after his son Enoch.
Genesis 4:25 Adam made love to (yah-DAH) his wife again, and she gave birth to a son and named him Seth, saying, “God has granted me another child in place of Abel, since Cain killed him.”

The premier health and safety word for intimacy of intercourse builds on spiritual awareness formed within the prefrontal cortex, (PFC). Yah-DAH, “to know” or “be intimate with” can have a wide range of meaning literally and euphemistically. “To know or be intimate with” occurs 947 times in the Hebrew Old Testament (Strong, h3045). Yah-DAH can mean to know by observation, by compassion, and causatively as in instructing, designating or punishing. Yah-DAH nuances include acknowledging, acquainting, advising, answering, and appointing. A range of intimacy meanings include: aware, comprehension, considering, shrewdness, declaring, diligence, discerning, discovering, familiar friend or relation, feeling, and learning. Yah-DAH appears as the first and foremost syngenesis term for intercourse intimacy within the health-positive Genesis of Genesis 1-5. Yah-DAH as intimacy is only healthy and positive in the first five chapters of Genesis (Strong, H3045). All neural activity of yah-DAH wires from the prefrontal cortex (PFC), the premier circuitry of 5 syngenesis neuropathways.
Intimacy with God
The Creation “Sees” Benevolent God and The Creator “Sees” Into me-Intimacy.
That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seenwith our eyes, which we have looked at and our hands have touched—this we proclaim concerning the Word of life.
The life appeared; we have seen it and testify to it, and we proclaim to you the eternal life, which was with the Father and has appeared to us.
We proclaim to you what we have seen and heard, so that you also may have fellowship (intimacy) with us. And our fellowship(intimacy) is with the Father and with his Son, Jesus Christ. 1John 1:1
My ears had heard of you, but now my eyes have seen you. Job 42:5
Intimacy
Intimacy of relationship reflects the loving character of the benevolent Creator called, the Imago Dei, the Image of God. The Creator-God mirrors this image in man and woman with spirituality, beauty, rest, the pleasure of divine will, compassionate presence, reconciliation, and reproductive intimacy called syngenesis. Syngensis forms from two Greek words, syn meaning united or with, and genesis origin. Specifically, in clinical contexts syngenesis carries the meaning of XX and XY chromosomes creating a human embryo. You will notice that the term “syngenesis” replaces uses of the word, sex. In this era, sex can mean anything from reproduction to dating, to violent abuse. If a word lacks specific definition, then can it truly have meaning? Syngenesis connects to the Biblical understanding of reproductive science. Faith-based readers may enjoy this linking of Scripture and neuroloscience.
The pinnacle of intimacy between God and humankind is atonement or at-one-ment. (Strong, H3722) Compassionate God covers the sin of humankind beginning in Genesis 3:21 by clothing the first family’s shame with royal leather-robes. Sacrificial blood covers guilt with merciful forgiveness. A payment is made for sin and humans are now at one with the Creator-God. This premier atonement passage of Scripture points to Jesus who gave His life for humankind as an atoning sacrifice on the cross. People of faith believe the resurrection of Christ affirms the spiritual intimacy of beauty, peace, pleasure, the ongoing presence of His Spirit, forgiveness, and finally, syngenesis health and safety.
All the intimate relationships or covenants in the Book of Genesis begin with the health-positive preamble, “Be fruitful and increase” (Genesis 1:22, 28; 8:17;9:1,7; 17:20; 35:11).
The Old Testament paints the picture of God’s intimate covenant with the family of Israel. Paul the Apostle used the same preamble in his letter, to the Colosssians where he states:
Of this you have heard before in the word of the truth, the gospel, which has come to you, as indeed in the whole world it is bearing fruit and increasing—as it also does among you, since the day you heard it and understood the grace of God in truth. (Colossians 1:5–6).
The Bible’s syngenesis health and safety message connects intimacy with God and the human family in only positive terms.
The First Gospel of Health and Safety emerges in Genesis with the Creation of the cosmos and reproduction of humankind. The Prophets too reflect the First Gospel with marriage and reconciliation symbolism. The Writings of the Old Testament feature the same thread in the stories of King David and Solomon. King David projected a titanic love for God with profound wisdom and beauty between iterations of unhealthy choices. The Song of Solomon has been a classic piece on intimacy with God and syngenesis for 3,000 years.
The First Gospel of Health and Safety continues through to the life of Christ who compassionately atones for the sinfulness of humankind on the cross redeeming the trauma within his own genealogy. (Matthew 1) From the coercive union of Abraham with Hagar, to the affair and abuse of Bathsheba by King David, the compassion of God toward humankind includes redemption and syngenesis wholeness through Christ.
Yah-DAH, appears three times in Genesis 1-5 for intimate intercourse. Three often occurs as a Biblical literary device, meaning completeness or wholeness.
Adam made love to (yah-DAH) his wife Eve, and she became pregnant and gave birth to Cain. She said, “With the help of the LORD I have brought forth a man.” (Genesis 4:1)
Cain made love to (yah-DAH) his wife, and she became pregnant and gave birth to Enoch. Cain was then building a city, and he named it after his son Enoch. (Genesis 4:17)
Adam made love to (yah-DAH) his wife again, and she gave birth to a son and named him Seth, saying, “God has granted me another child in place of Abel, since Cain killed him.” (Genesis 4:25)
Seven times yah-DAH appears in the Book of Genesis. Seven often symbolizes completion in Biblical numerology (Genesis 4:1,17, 25; 19:5, 8, 24:16, 38:26). Please see the Key Vocabulary for content on Biblical numerology. Yah-DAH means intercourse intimacy between Adam with Eve and Cain conceiving a child with his wife. Yah-DAH then sharply contrasts the health and safety meaning of chapters 1-4 against violent assault in Genesis 19.
In the Sodom violence snapshot of Genesis 19:3, the word yah-DAH appears with the threat of mob violence. The narrator of the Judah and Tamar coercive seduction of Genesis 38:16 explains that Judah ceased yah-DAH, intercourse with his daughter-in-law, Tamar. She posed as a trafficked sex-trade worker to coerce a conception by her father-in-law. Perhaps the author contrasts the healthy meaning of yah-DAH with the coercive snapshots of Sodom and Tamar with Judah? This may be the literary device called paradox, contrasting intimate intercourse against coercive violence. The word yah-DAH, appears seven times in the book of Genesis. This same paradoxical use of yah-DAH can be seen in the terms: 3H. Parental Affection, Intercourse Intimacy, Human Sex Trafficking, dah-BACH (Genesis 2:24) Strong, H1692. On one end of the continuum is parental affection, then intercourse intimacy, and on the other paradoxical extreme human sex trafficking appears. In the same way a paradox may be used for intimacy of intercourse compared to coercive intercourse. The Genesis use of yah-DAH is:
- Syngenesis Health and Safety Uses: five times; Genesis 4:1,17, 25; 19:8, 24:16
- Coercive Sexual Violence Occurrences: two times; Genesis 19:5 and 38:26
The Book of Judges records a decline in culture, health, and safety for the people of Israel. Three yah-DAH citations in Judges refer to virginity as in a woman who had not “known” a man, meaning intercourse. The Judges 19 passage mirrors the Genesis 19 Sodom threat of gang rape. As Lot offered up his daughters to a violent mob in Genesis 19, the Judges 19 snapshot states, “So the man took his concubine and sent her outside to them, and they raped (yah-DAH) her and abused her throughout the night, and at dawn they let her go.” (Judges 19:25) The term for rape is yah-DAH, mirroring the paradoxical word use in the Sodom snapshot of Genesis 19. This may be a teaching method to illustrate the irony of intercourse intimacy compared to the trauma of erotic violence.
The intimate intercourse term yah-DAH appears twice in the books of Samuel and Kings. Samuel uses yah-DAH for intercourse intimacy for the pregnancy of Hannah, the mother of the prophet Samuel. The Kings’ citation reflects on David’s integrity during failing health. The passage asserts the poet king was not intimate (yah-DAH) with the lovely young nurse who attended to David.
Hosea is the only Old Testament prophet using the term yah-DAH for intimate intercourse. Hosea marries a human trafficking survivor from the sacred sex trade. She, Gomer, lapses, then abandons her husband, Hosea, for human-trafficking handlers. In a beautiful snapshot reflecting the intimacy of reconciliation, Hosea purchases his wife back from the sex trade to reconcile with her. The intimacy of intercourse term, yah-DAH, appears in contrast to the powerful traumatic bonding between trafficked victims and their owners. (Dutton, Painter) Hosea uses the premier syngenesis term for intimacy as he makes a renewed marriage covenant with his wife. This stunning snapshot contrasts the love of God against Israel’s void of yah-DAH, intimacy, awareness, and care for the Creator.
Hosea 2:20I will betroth you in faithfulness, and you will acknowledge (yah-DAH) the LORD.
Hosea 4:1 Hear the word of the LORD, you Israelites, because the LORD has a charge to bring against you who live in the land: “There is no faithfulness, no love, no acknowledgment (yah-DAH, intimacy) of God in the land.
Hosea 4:6 My people are destroyed from lack of knowledge (yah-DAH). “Because you have rejected knowledge (yah-DAH), I also reject you as my priests; because you have ignored the law of your God, I also will ignore your children.
The Writings do not use yah-DAH for intercourse intimacy.Yah-DAH as intercourse disappears from usage in the Old Testament beginning approximately 1000 BC. This may be due to Greek influence. Scholars suggest Goliath in the David snapshot may have been Hellenistic Greek (1 Samuel 17:23). DNA evidence from Palestinian archeological sites of the 10th century BC may connect Goliath to Greek ancestry as well (Borschel-Dan, 2019). With the intrusion of Greek philosophy on or about 1000 BC not only does yah-DAH as intercourse intimacy disappear from usage, but other terms like evil, RA, expand. RA takes on more of an ethical tone rather than meaning loss of intimacy.
004G. Intercourse Intimacy, gi-NOE-skow (Matthew 1:25) Strong, G1097
Matthew 1:25 But he did not consummate (gi-NOE-skow) their marriage until she gave birth to a son. And he gave him the name Jesus.
Luke 1:34 “How will this be,” Mary asked the angel, “since I am a virgin (since I have not known/gi-NOE-skow a man) ?”

The New Testament
The New Testament Greek term (GNT) for intimate intercourse, pronounced gi-NOE-skow, parallels the use of the Hebrew word, yah-DAH. Strong’s Concordance defines gi-NOE-skow in similar ways as the Hebrew yah-DAH. Strong states that gi-NOE-skow is a Jewish idiom for “intercourse” intimacy (Strong, G1097). Gi-NOE-skow, “to know” appears 222 times in 205 verses in the Greek Morphological New Testament (GNT). The term occurs twice, signifying intimate intercourse in marriage. The Matthew citation reflects the Genesis use for intercourse intimacy and the Luke passage describes Mary as a virgin with the Hebrew idiom, “I have not known a man” (Matthew 1:25; Luke 1:34).
Genesis 4:1 Adam made love to (yah-DAH) his wife Eve, and she became pregnant and gave birth to Cain. She said, “With the help of the LORD I have brought forth a man.”
Genesis 4:17 Cain made love to (yah-DAH) his wife, and she became pregnant and gave birth to Enoch. Cain was then building a city, and he named it after his son Enoch.
Genesis 4:25 Adam made love to (yah-DAH) his wife again, and she gave birth to a son and named him Seth, saying, “God has granted me another child in place of Abel, since Cain killed him.”
Genesis 19:5 They called to Lot, “Where are the men who came to you tonight? Bring them out to us so that we can have sex (yah-DAH) with them.”
Genesis 19:8Look, I have two daughters who have never slept with (yah-DAH) a man. Let me bring them out to you, and you can do what you like with them. But don’t do anything to these men, for they have come under the protection of my roof.
Genesis 24:16The woman was very beautiful, a virgin; no man had ever slept with (yah-DAH) her. She went down to the spring, filled her jar and came up again.
Judges 19:5 But the men would not listen to him. So the man took his concubine and sent her outside to them, and they raped (yah-DAH) her and abused her throughout the night, and at dawn they let her go.
Judges 19:22While they were enjoying themselves, some of the wicked men of the city surrounded the house. Pounding on the door, they shouted to the old man who owned the house, “Bring out the man who came to your house so we can have sex (yah-DAH) with him.”
Judges 21:12They found among the people living in Jabesh Gilead four hundred young women who had never slept with (yah-DAH) a man, and they took them to the camp at Shiloh in Canaan.
1Kings 1:4The woman was very beautiful; she took care of the king and waited on him, but the king had no sexual relations (yah-DAH) with her.

Sygenesis Anatomical, Obstetric, and Gynecological Terms
Mediterranean myths very well may have influenced the sexual practices of the Mesopotamians and Egyptians. Erotic violence and incest reflected in the mythological origin stories connect to a one to one correlation with the sexual practices of ancient peoples.
The Hellenistic origin stories may also have contributed to the sexual behaviors of mediterranean families. The ancient Greek myths read like an indictment of America’s Most Wanted. The Epstein files may not compare with the criminal history of the Greek deity, Zeus. The bearded sky god prolifically fathered half the pantheon. 50% of the human race, too according to the Hellenistic origin story, carry Zeus’ DNA, often through erotic violence. If his crimes appeared in a grand jury indictment, the complaint might look like: seduction, global nihilism, partner betrayal, rape, incest, mutant offspring, murder, and child sex abuse. Ancient authors justified child sexual assault, called pederasty, by appealing to Greek origin myths as justification. Hellenistic myth became the pornographic educator of Greek children.
A meaningful practice to guard children from abuse is to teach them appropriate vocabulary for the human body and function. This allows a child to feel confidence about their body, and gives them a common language to report abuse. Children who cannot articulate anatomical, obstetric, and gynecological terms may feel shame and experience shutdown if they are abused and therefore under report. The featuring of these words actually safeguards our children.
The anatomical names in Genesis 1-5 are: the human body, nakedness, seed, conception, and childbirth terms. There are no asyngenesis unhealthy words in Genesis 1-5. Perhaps the teaching point is the emphasis on healthy and “good”?
One aspect of honoring the First Gospel of Health and Safety features the organization of terms in ways readers can understand. Three categories are used: 1. Health positive terms in blue 2. Anatomical, Obstetric, and Gynecological terms in green 3. Asyngenesis Unhealthy Terms in red. The health positive terms begin with the numbers 001. The anatomical, obstetric, and gynecological terms start in series with 101. The asyngenesis unhealthy terms begin with 201. These groupings can assist the reader to analyze the words in context for deeper understanding. Complex classification like this can define relationships between concepts helping to develope the “meaning of being” or ontology. The Blue Letter Bible references permit readers to examine all citations of a specific word in context. This process can build an evidence-based model of health and safety for their families

101G. The Human Body, Syngenesis Tissue, SARKS, (Matthew 19:5) Strong, G4561
Paul the Apostle uses the Greek word SARKS (“flesh”) in his letters, particularly Romans and Galatians, to represent a range of ideas beyond just the physical body. Primarily, it refers to the “false self” opposed to intimacy of Spirit, but it is also used neutrally for human existence, physical weakness, or family.
Key aspects of Paul’s use of “flesh”:
- The Sinful Nature (Theological): Often, flesh refers to the internal, corrupted human nature controlled by sin that opposes God. It is the “small self” or “false self” which is immune to righteous action, as seen in Romans 7:18.
- The Physical Body (Anatomical): Paul uses the word to describe the physical body itself, which is not evil. For example, he mentions living “in the flesh” as living a physical life (Galatians 2:20).
- Opposition to the Spirit: Paul sets up a dichotomous conflict between “flesh” and “Spirit” (Galatians 5:17), where walking in the flesh means being driven by dysregulation of the PFC, while walking in the Spirit is living by intimacy of love, joy, peace, patience, gentleness, goodness, meekness, and regulation of syngenesis neural pathways.
- Weakness of Humankind/Family: Flesh can denote human frailty (e.g., “infirmity of the flesh,” Galatians 4:13) or, in a familial neutral sense, (e.g., Christ’s lineage “according to the flesh”).
Paul’s use of “flesh” is not merely about body or soul, but rather, it seems to be a contrast between a lack of reason, compassion, and awareness(flesh) and a Christ-centered regulated life of intimacy with God and others(Spirit).
Matthew 19:6So they are no longer two, but one flesh (SARKS). Therefore, “what God has joined together, let no one separate.”
Mark 10:8…and the two will become one flesh (SARKS). So they are no longer two, but one flesh (SARKS).
1Corinthians 7:28But if you do marry, you have not sinned; and if a virgin marries, she has not sinned. But those who marry will face many troubles in this life (SARKS), and I want to spare you this.
Galatians 5:19The acts of the flesh (SARKS) are obvious: sexual immorality (par-NAY-ah, human sex trafficking, Strong, G4202) impurity and debauchery….
Ephesians 5:31“For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and the two will become one flesh (SARKS).”
Jude 1:7In a similar way, Sodom and Gomorrah and the surrounding towns gave themselves up to sexual immorality (Compulsive human sex trafficking, Strong G1608) and perversion (SARKS). They serve as an example of those who suffer the punishment of eternal fire.

Teaching children ages 0-5 about the First Gospel of Health and Safety
Can you take your small children into the forest or on the beach and show them the grounding exercises for Nature Immersion: The Creation Walk? Please see the Key Vocabulary for Nature Immersion and the 7 intimacies of Genesis.
On the beach or in the forest can you show how pine cones, moss, mushrooms, fish, or sand crabs, can be fruitful and increase? You may do this without describing human function. This is a soft place to begin with both pleasure and positivity. These healthy experiences actually shape the physical brain volume of children for future processing of relationships. You may note that Genesis chapters 1-4 feature no negative syngenesis images.
And God saw (was intimate with) everything he made and said, “It is supremely good and healthy!” (Genesis 1:31, Glen Maiden Translation)

The First Gospel of Health and Safety
for Children Ages 6-11
Syngenesis Health Positive Terms
Children between the ages of 6 and 11 show remarkable development in spiritual, physical, cognitive, social, and emotional areas. Pre-teenagers become more coordinated and active while developing logical thinking and problem-solving skills. 18 months after a child needs deodorant for body odor, she will most likely go through puberty. Pre-teens increasingly rely on peer relationships, learn to understand others’ perspectives, and develop a greater sense of spirituality and morality. The average age of child sex abuse and exposure to erotic images is 9 years of age. It seems essential that children have rigorous family support before the age of 9. And with compassionate presence of parents, children can be taught appropriate boundaries for touch.
Suicide among children ages 6-11 is a major public health crisis. Rates increased roughly 36% between 2000–2022, with over 49,000 total suicide deaths in 2023. Risk factors include mental health conditions, bullying, access to lethal means, and intersex traits.www.cdc.gov.
Of the many reasons for self harm among children in this age group is intersex traits. Approximately 2% of the worldwide population is born with traits not clearly XX or XY. This means that nearly 2 out of 100 births, approximately the prevalence of red haired children, are born as Jesus says “as eunuchs”. Jesus speaks of some being born with eunuchism traits in Matthew 19, that is without the ability to function in heterosexual intercourse. Please see the Key Vocabulary for Eunichism/Intersex Traits. Children with non-typical XX and XY traits face elevated rates of self-harming ideation and suicide attempts compared to peers. The underlying drivers are stigma, trauma from genital mutilation, and family rejection. Research shows, up to 51% of intersex children ages 13–17 consider suicide, and nearly 1 in 5 (19%) survived the attempt. Parental compassion and supportive community reduce this threat. High risk factors for self harming include: discrimination, coerced/irreversible genital mutilation surgery, family rejection, and school bullying. Suicide rate data indicates that 40% of children with intersex traits have considered self harm, and roughly 48% attempted suicide in the past year. Children with intersex traits ages 13–17 are more vulnerable (24% attempt rate) compared to older peers. Family compassion is crucial; Parents mirroring the non-judgment of Christ without condemnation reduce suicide attempt stats by up to 55%. www.thetrevorproject.org
The Noah and the Ark snapshot can be helpful for parents of children ages 6-11 to teach both the redemption of God and protect children from harm. Two new health positive terms appear in Genesis 6-11: covenant and recover trauma.
005H. Covenant, beh-REETH (Genesis 6:18) Strong, H1285
A Biblical covenant is a sacred intimate-relationship established by God with humankind. A covenant involves promises, mutual responsibilities, and blessings. Covenant forms a central theme from Genesis through Revelation. Key examples include Noah and global judgment for sexual nihilism, Abraham and the establishment of a territory with unique identity, the Law of Moses qualifying the people of Israel, the dynastic rule of David, and the transformational New Covenant through the atonement of Jesus Christ. These divine commitments, founded upon the Hebrew word beh-REETH, frame the first Gospel of Health, Safety. Covenant unites people to Him through faith and intimate knowing through Jesus Christ. In the Book of Revelation, the first syngenesis health-positive term occurring is the word, covenant. Often, the climax of a Biblical book appears in the middle. Covenant, the first health-positive term of the Book of Revelation occurs at the zenith of John’s narrative. (Revelation 11:19)
Key Biblical Covenants
- Noah Covenant of Intimacy(Genesis 9): God promises all living creatures that He will never again destroy the earth by flood, symbolized by the rainbow.
- Abraham Covenant (Genesis 12, 15): God promises Abraham land, numerous descendants, and that all peoples would be blessed through him.
- Moses’ Sinai Covenant (Exodus 19-24): God gives the Law (including the Ten Commandments) to Israel, promising blessings for obedience and curses for disobedience, making them His holy nation.
- David’s Messianic Covenant (2 Samuel 7): God promises David an eternal dynasty and a perpetual throne, fulfilled in Jesus, the ultimate Son of David.
- The New Covenant of Jesus Christ (Jeremiah 31, Luke 22): Established through Jesus Christ, offering forgiveness of sins, a renewed intimate relationship with God, and an internal law written on the heart by the Spirit. The New Covenant includes both Jews and Gentiles.
Types of Covenants
- Unconditional: God promises to act without requiring specific human action (e.g., Noah, David, New Covenant).
- Conditional: Requires human faithfulness and obedience to receive blessings (e.g., Moses’ Covenant).
Covenants reflect God’s image of intimacy with humankind, unwavering commitment to the people He loves, and the continuity of His redemptive health and safety plan across history. The climax of the First Gospel of Health and Safety is intimacy with God through faith in Jesus Christ by His Spirit. This spiritual, beautiful, regenerating, pleasurable, compassionate, and reconciliatory commitment then connects to the larger community called, the Church, including the family.

006H. Recover Trauma, kah-SAH ehr-VAH (Genesis 9:23) H3680 and H6172
One of the most beautiful syngenesis snapshots of redemption is the phrase, kah-SAH ehr-VAH, recovering trauma. Genesis 9:23 intends perhaps to protect children from family abuse. The use of kah-SAH ehr-VAH, recovering trauma, very well may reflect euphemism, the exchange of a fearful image with non-threatening language.
Shem and Japheth, Noah’s sons, respond to a family crisis with honor, modesty, and respect. For young children, this snapshot illustrates with gentle compassionate language. As they mature, parents may explain in greater detail.
After surviving a tsunami driven by global sexual nihilism, Noah and his family plant a vineyard. Perhaps a teaching point for children about intoxication, the text reveals both a drunken then unconscious ark-maker. Foreshadowing Genesis 19, the coercive unnamed-daughters of Lot will intoxicate their father to be impregnated by their passed-out parent. (Genesis 19:30-38) While Noah lay blacked out from a drunken bender, Ham his son, sees the “nakedness of his father”. This phrase mirrors exact wording from Leviticus 18, prohibiting sexual contact within families. Leviticus 18 uses the phrase “uncovering the nakedness of” as a euphemism for incestuous intercourse. In Genesis 9:23, the phrase recovering trauma or “covering the nakedness” may show that Noah’s sons attempted to protect their mother and recover her from some trauma with her son, Ham. Please note the mother is unnamed as were the daughters of Lot in Genesis 19. Whatever happened to the intoxicated flood survivors, clearly some form of painful event took place, requiring redemption or a “re-covering”.
The prophets Ezekiel and Hosea also use the phrase recovering trauma or “covering the nakedness of” perhaps in concert with Genesis 9. Ezekiel speaks to the people of Israel about their relapse to human trafficking, specifically referencing Canaan, the alleged incestuous offspring of Ham and his mother. The prophet paints vivid images of Israel’s neglect and abuse. Then, after their willful participation in human sex trafficking, a benevolent Father-God spreads the corner of his garment over the people He loves to recover the trauma of dehumanizing women and children. This snapshot mirrors the covering the shame of Adam and Eve’s nakedness in Genesis 3:21.
Shutdown Awareness:-The following paragraph contains Hosea the Prophet’s graphic description of Israel’s participation in human trafficking. Please skip if you feel any threat.
Hosea too cites this phrase, recovering trauma or covering the nakedness of. Israel normalized sex trafficking numerous times throughout its history. Hosea’s indictment reads as follows: the dehumanizing gaze of a trafficker, adultery between breasts, compulsion for sex trade clientele, obsessing for paid services in human trafficking, immersion in the sexeconomy of The Baal Cult’s sacred sex trade, and loss of intimacy with God. The results of Israel’s addictive compulsions are the inability to recover without God. (Hosea 2:1-13)
Genesis 9:23 But Shem and Japheth took a garment and laid it across their shoulders; then they walked in backward and covered (kah-SAH) their father’s naked body (ehr-VAH). Their faces were turned the other way so that they would not see their father naked.
Ezekiel 16:8Later I passed by, and when I looked at you and saw that you were old enough for love, I spread the corner of my garment over you and covered (kah-SAH) your naked body (ehr-VAH). I gave you my solemn oath and entered into a covenant with you, declares the Sovereign LORD, and you became mine.
Hosea 2:9“Therefore, I will take away my grain when it ripens, and my new wine when it is ready. I will take back my wool and my linen, intended to cover (kah-SAH) her naked body (ehr-VAH). 3 times in 3 WLC verses
Asyngenesis Unhealthy-Terms
For Children Ages 6-11
The unhealthy asyngenesis terms are important for children to wire awareness about safe relationships. Many of my clients were first exposed to human trafficking by way of the porn industry and sexual assault before the age of six. Our goal is to communicate “healthy” syngenesis and “unhealthy” so as not to terrify our children, but rather help them process safe boundaries in relationships. By the age of 6 most children will be able to understand that not all things and people are “safe”.
201H. Health and Safety Decline, chah-LAWL (Gen 6:1) Strong, H2490
The decline from health and safety in the Book of Genesis begins with the Hebrew word, chah-LAWL (Strong, H2490). Please click on the Strong, H2490 link so you can hear the pronunciation of this term. Chah-LAWL, is an untranslatable “trigger word” indicating a decline in health and safety throughout the Bible. Chah-LAWL means to profane, defile, pollute, desecrate, to begin, to defile oneself sexually, to wound, to pierce. The majority of uses for the Hebrew word, chah-LAWL, connect to the decline of intimacy with God. It can mean “to begin”, but the word appears as a term triggering health and safety decline. Chah-LAWL signaling decline from health to abuse adds clarity to the ark with flood snapshot of Genesis 6-9.
Genesis 6:1 When human beings began (chah-LAWL) to increase in number on the earth and daughters were born to them….
Genesis 9:20Noah, a man of the soil,proceeded(chah-LAWL) to plant a vineyard.
Chah-LAWL may form an inclusio, signaling the beginning of a specific snapshot linking to the author’s final conclusion. Chah-LAWL triggers a decline of health and safety for the reader. The Genesis 6:1 passage shows the loss of intimacy for the entire Creation bringing the flood judgment. The Genesis 9:1 snapshot of Noah’s family reveals the individual decline of a family. The trauma which follows between Ham and the “nakedness of his father” that is, his mother, may be seen as an inclusio of chah-LAWL with the fall of humankind.
When human beings began (chah-LAWL) to increase in number on the earth and daughters were born to them, the sons of God saw that the daughters of humans were beautiful, and they married any of them they chose. Then the Lord said, “My Spirit will not contend with humans forever, for they are mortal; their days will be a hundred and twenty years.” (Genesis 6:1)
This judgment passage does not make coherent sense without the translation of (chah-LAWL) as decline of syngenesis health and safety. Why would God lament the mortality of His Creation and exterminate the human race without cause? The reason for global judgement perhaps is the decline of syngenesis health and safety to the abuse. The human species was in decline toward annihilation. Interesting to note, reproductive rates in both Japan and the United States are now in decline. Could this be due in part to human trafficking using the porn industry as a grooming tool? Clearly, syngenesis has been distorted in these two cultures resulting in the epic decline of our species.
The Nephilim were on the earth in those days—and also afterward—when the sons of God went to the daughters of humans and had children by them. They were the heroes of old, men of renown. (Genesis 6:4)
This translation struggles. The term Nephilim, pronounced nuh-fih-LEEM is the Hebrew word meaning, “to fall upon or attack” with alternate meanings of “ to bully” or “tyrant” (Strong, H5303). The Greek text uses the word, gigantes, pronounced GEE-gan-tes. The gigantes were Greek mythological snake-footed giants born from the gory high-velocity blood spatter of Uranus’ castration, the heaven deity (Mussies, 2021). The most ancient Greek origin stories cite Uranus’ wife Gaia as his incestuous mother. Hesiod states in the Theogony that Gaia the mother-wife of Uranus persuaded Cronus to castrate Uranus her husband for imprisoning her children. Cronus ambushed his father, then violently castrated him throwing the patriarchal gonads into the sea. Aphrodite sprang forth from the bloody castrated genitals (Hesiod Theogony). Perhaps the Greek translators purposely used the back story of the gigantes? Could it be that Uranus’ incestuous relationship with Gaia and his bloody castration add depth to the Nephilim snap shot ending with the incest of Ham and his mother? The term in Genesis 6:4 for sexual intercourse, BO, always means unhealthy sexuality in Genesis. The word, heroes, too is unfortunate and can also mean, “warrior tyrants”. An Arabic equivalent for heroes, جَبَّارً , means one who acts proudly, magnifies himself, or a recklessly bold-tyrant (Strong, H5303). Men of renown may not have the flattering intention of the author, but rather may mean, “infamously violent reputation.”
The Book of Enoch is a non-canonical ancient Near East text dating from 200 BC to 100 AD which gives helpful insight into this text.
And it came to pass that the children of men had multiplied in those days and were born unto them beautiful and comely daughters. And the angels, the children of heav- en, saw and lusted after them, and said to one another: ‘Come, let us choose us wives from among the children of men and beget us children… ’ [They] took unto themselves wives, and each chose for himself one, and they began to go unto them and to defile themselves with them, and they taught tyrants… And there arose much godlessness, and they com- mitted fornication, and they were led astray, and became corrupt in all their ways (Enoch Book 6.1-2, Rogers, p. 24).
The NIV translators use words like “going into”, “beautiful women”, “marriage to heroes of renown”. These terms seem to craft a romantic narrative perhaps? Enoch sets the tone for a more accurate translation based on the evidence from context and language study. Enoch uses the words “lusted”, “defile”, “charms and enchantments” meaning perhaps the use of sorcery, “tyrants”, “godlessness”, “fornication”, and “corrupt”. These asyngenesis unhealthy descriptors differ dramatically from the NIV’s Hallmark movie rendition. Enoch’s version connects to the proposed translation.
The following reflection is a possible translation based on Hebrew textual analysis and the ancient source of Enoch with the syngenesis First Gospel of Health and Safety in Genesis. The alternate Biblical theological translation appears without italics so the reader can compare the (NIV) text with the proposed rendition.
“When (erotic violence increased, (chah-LAWL) among human beings on the earth and daughters were born to them, the sons of God saw that the daughters of humans were beautiful, and married any of them they chose. Then the Lord said, “My Spirit will not (fight) with humans forever, for they are mortal; their days will be a hundred and twenty years. (Sexual predators coerced, BO always means coercive intercourse in Genesis) the daughters of humans and impregnated them. They were the (infamous violent tyrants of history).” (Genesis 6:1-4)
The reader may note that chah-LAWL, decline of health and safety, of verse one can connect to form an inclusio with verse four, “sexual predators coerced.”This proposed translation not only connects more closely to the Enoch version but seems to make a coherent transition to the next section.
The Lord saw how great the (erotic violence of sexual nihilism, RA, רע) of the human race had become on the earth, and that every inclination of the thoughts of the human heart was only (sexually nihilistic,RA) all the time. The Lord regretted that he had made human beings on the earth, and his heart was deeply troubled. So the Lord said, “I will wipe from the face of the earth the human race I have created—and with them the animals, the birds and the creatures that move along the ground—for I regret that I have made them.” But Noah found favor in the eyes of the Lord. (Genesis 6:5-8)
This translation seems to be more fluid and connective. Could it be that normalization of erotic violence caused global judgment? Following are numerous citations of chah-LAWL. Please note the decline from syngenesis health and safety to abuse.
Levitcus 18:21 “ ‘Do not give any of your children to be sacrificed to Molek, for you must not profane (chah-LAWL) the name of your God. I am the LORD.
Leviticus 19:29 “ ‘Do not degrade (chah-LAWL) your daughter by making her a prostitute, or the land will turn to prostitution and be filled with wickedness.
Leviticus 21:9If a priest’s daughter defiles (chah-LAWL) herself by becoming a prostitute (zah-NAH, sex trafficker), she disgraces her father; she must be burned in the fire.”
Numbers 25:1While Israel was staying in Shittim, the men began (chah-LAWL) to indulge in sexual immorality (zah-NAH, human sex trafficking) with Moabite women,
Judges 16:19After putting him to sleep on her lap, she called for someone to shave off the seven braids of his hair, and so began (chah-LAWL) to subdue him. And his strength left him.
1Chronicles 5:1 The sons of Reuben the firstborn of Israel (he was the firstborn, but when he defiled (chah-LAWL) his father’s marriage bed, his rights as firstborn were given to the sons of Joseph son of Israel; so he could not be listed in the genealogical record in accordance with his birthright….
Ezekiel 23:39 On the very day they sacrificed their children to their idols, they entered my sanctuary and desecrated (chah-LAWL) it. That is what they did in my house.
Daniel 11:31“His armed forces will rise up to desecrate (chah-LAWL) the temple fortress and will abolish the daily sacrifice. Then they will set up the abomination that causes desolation.
Malachi 2:11 Judah has been unfaithful. A detestable thing has been committed in Israel and in Jerusalem: Judah has desecrated (chah-LAWL) the sanctuary the LORD loves by marrying women who worship a foreign god.

202. Coercive Intercourse, BO (Gen 6:4) Strong, H935
Genesis 6:4 The Nephilim were on the earth in those days—and also afterward—when the sons of God went (BO) to the daughters of humans and had children by them. They were the heroes of old, men of renown.
Genesis 19:34The next day the older daughter said to the younger, “Last night I slept with my father. Let’s get him to drink wine again tonight, and you go in (BO) and sleep with him so we can preserve our family line through our father.”
Genesis 38:9But Onan knew that the child would not be his; so whenever he slept with (BO) his brother’s wife, he spilled his semen on the ground to keep from providing offspring for his brother.
Genesis 38:16Not realizing that she was his daughter-in-law, he went over to her by the roadside and said, “Come now (BO), let me sleep with you.” “And what will you give me to sleep with (BO) you?” she asked.
The Biblical Hebrew BO is pronounced like BO-tox. BO appears as a coercive intercourse term in 29 of the 2,591 times used in the Hebrew Old Testament. The range of meaning for BO includes: to go, to come, abide, befall, bring, call, send, strike, and the coercive intercourse of: abuse, non-consensual surrogacy, incest, rape, sex trafficking, and idolatry of sacred sex trade. (Strong, H935). In the Book of Genesis BO appears 16 times only in coercive intercourse snapshots.
Genesis uses BO 16 times connecting to coercive intercourse. BOdoes not appear in Genesis chapters 1-5 of the syngenesis health positive First Gospel for small children. BOfirst occurs in chapter 6 with warrior tyrants assaulting and impregnating women. Then BO appears with the coercive intercourse of Abraham’s concubines, Hagar and Bilhah, the incestuous assault on Lot by his two daughters whom he offered up to violent gang rapists, Laban coercing his son-in-law Jacob to have sex with Leah, the bartering of mandrakes for sexual favors between rival sisters, the fatal Onan coitus interruptus snapshot, and Tamar’s incestuous seduction of her father-in-law. Deuteronomy uses BO twice to refer to marriage customs. BO appears once in Judges and Samuel. The Samuel passage refers to the rape of a concubine. Ezekiel cites BO three times for human trafficking of the sacred sex trade. Ezekiel repeats the use of BOthree times: “And they slept with (BO) her. As men sleep with (BO) a prostitute, so they slept with (BO) those lewd women, Oholah and Oholibah” (Ezekiel 23:44).
Proverbs cites BO asa warning against adultery in a syngenesis health section of chapter 6. The Song of Solomon uses BO in romantic language. I hold the view that the Song of Solomon is actually a snapshot showing the decline of syngenesis health and safety to the human sex trafficking of Solomon’s reign. The Ruth citation appears in the strange and vague marriage snapshot of Ruth and Boaz. Chronicles seems to be a grief narrative of Ephraim having intercourse and conceiving with his wife after death of a son. Although not a coercive snapshot, the Chonicles citation reflects trauma with intercourse.

203H. Sexual Nihilism, Evil, RA (Gen 6:5) Strong, H7451
The LORD saw how great the wickedness (RA) of the human race had become on the earth, and that every inclination of the thoughts of the human heart was only evil (RA) all the time.
Genesis 8:21The LORD smelled the pleasing aroma and said in his heart: “Never again will I curse the ground because of humans, even though every inclination of the human heart is evil (RA) from childhood. And never again will I destroy all living creatures, as I have done.
Genesis 13:13 Now the people of Sodom were wicked (RA) and were sinning greatly against the LORD.
Genesis 28:8 Esau then realized how displeasing (RA) the Canaanite women were to his father Isaac….
Genesis 38:7 But Er, Judah’s firstborn, was wicked (RA) in the LORD’s sight; so the LORD put him to death.
The word RA, meaning “evil” appears 666 times in the Hebrew text. 666 may reflect the literary device of Hebrew numerology. Six often means evil in the Bible and three often signifies completion. 666 most likely connotes comprehensive evil. The writer of Revelation uses 666 as the mark identifying the coercive apocalyptic beast in Revelation 13:18: “This calls for wisdom. Let the person who has insight calculate the number of the beast, for it is the number of a man. That number is 666” (Revelation 13:18). 666 also occurs in 1 Kings to refer to Solomon’s wealth, which may infer the pathogenesis of his apostasy to idolatry: “The weight of the gold that Solomon received yearly was 666 talents, not including the revenues from merchants and traders and from all the Arabian kings and the governors of the territories” (1 Kings 10:14-15).
RA, meaning evil and pronounced RAW as in “rocket,” ranges in meaning: bad, disagreeable, malignant, unpleasing, pain or painful, unhappiness, unhealthy, agony, negativity, comparison in terms of bad to worse, sad, without compassion, hurtful, vicious, ethically: bad thinking, or actions; adverse, injury, or wrongdoing. (Strong, H7451)
RA occurs 34 times in Genesis, appearing seven times in the syngenesis health positive First Gospel of Genesis 1-11. RA appears five times along with the intimacy word, yah-DAH, meaning “to know,” in Genesis 1-5. RAmay therefore connect to a sense of loss of knowing God. When humankind disregards the boundaries of Eden, Adam and Eve immediately experience shame and distance from God by hiding. The Creator seems to “track” down Adam and Eve, asking, “Where are you?” This may set the stage for the meaning of RAas the loss of intimacy with God. RA appears three times in chapters 6-8, defining the decline of conscious awareness to sexual abuse. If one moves backward from Genesis 6-8, reverse engineering all uses of RA most likely it means a loss of intimacy with God that results in coercive and often asyngenesis unhealthy behavior.
The next use of RA forms an inclusio with Genesis 6 and 8. The judgment of sexual nihilism RA begins in Genesis 6 with the flood. The inclusio ends with the RA relating to alleged incest between Ham and his biological mother. The two uses of RA in Genesis 6-8 connect directly to coercive sexual assault, perhaps intended to teach children appropriate boundaries to prevent abuse.
The next two occurrences of RA form an inclusio with the Sodom unhealthy sexuality snapshot (Genesis 13:13-19:19). The RA of the Sodom community formed around violent sexual assault and gang rape. The disaster, RA, of 19:19 is the judgment for the erotic violence of Sodom. The reader may note that the Sodom inclusio of 13:13 to 19:19 is similar in length to Genesis 1-5 and the asyngenesis section of Genesis 6-11. These three sections of similar length may demonstrate intentional organization by the author around syngenesis health and safety themes.
RA weaves through the Jacob snapshot, expanding in meaning from coercion and sexual abuse to physical or emotional harm. RA refers to unhealthy sexuality, where it is used when Esau marries a Canaanite bride (Genesis 28:8). Canaan was the incestuous offspring of Ham and his mother (Genesis 9).
The Joseph snapshot completes the syngenesis health and safety First Gospel. Beginning with the RA report of Joseph against his brothers, an inclusio forms with Joseph forgiving his brothers in chapter 50 (Genesis 37:2; Genesis 50:20). Joseph compassionately exclaims that theRA the brothers intended, God makes meaning for health and goodness. The report in the opening scene of chapter 37 is a RA report. The RA of chapter 50 touches the intimacy of reconciling family abuse. The report in the chapter 50 reconciliation snapshot reflects the intimacy of a compassionate presence. Joseph isolates from his brothers in chapter 37, then reconciles with his family once again in chapter 50 with forgiveness.
The Onan unhealthy asyngenesis snapshot of Genesis 38 uses the word RA, perhaps in a sexual abuse context. Unnamed evil acts brought the death sentence to Er by God. Onan’s unspecified coercive behavior killed him. Both incidents use the word, RA, implying erotic evil.
The use of RA in the Joseph snapshot ranges from his brothers’ murder conspiracy, Joseph’s emphatic rejection of the RA threat of an affair with Potiphar’s wife, the depressed demeanor of prisoners, the dream of emaciated livestock, the alleged evil of stealing, the misery of grief, God’s deliverance from harm, and reflection on the brother’s coercive plot against Joseph. In all, the number of uses of RA that connect directly to syngenesis health and safety snapshots totals eight. The use of RA to refer to coercion totals eight. RA meaning the antithesis of intimacy with God occurs four times, while RA appears to describe the Pharoah’s dream sequence predicting famine six times. This seems to be a strategic literary organization ofRA using Biblical numerology in the book of Genesis.
RA occurs four times in the Book of Exodus. All occurrences connect to syngenesis health and safety narratives. Exodus 21 appears with legislation on servants and slaves. Verse eight states that if a servant/slave commits RA toward her master, he can release her with some form of payment. Exodus 32 and 33 represent the syngenesis decline of the people of Israel. While Moses meets with God to receive the Ten Commandments, the people of Israel pressure Aaron, Moses’ brother-in-law and second in command, to craft an idol. The people of Israel relapse to intoxicated asyngenesis. Once again, drunkenness connects to unhealthy sexual intercourse reflecting Noah and his son Ham, and the daughters of Lot who raped their father under the influence of alcohol. The use of the word RA in Exodus 32 and 33 reflects the judgment of God on the Israel’s for idolatrous human sex trafficking.
RA appears three times in two verses within the Book of Leviticus. All occurrences connect to animals: the reference is to wild or RA animals (Leviticus 26:6) and the passage that compares good animals to RA animals (Leviticus 27:10).
The Book of Numbers utilizes RA eight times. The range of meaning includes hardships of the people, a personal sense of ruin, comparison of good and terrible land, a negative scouting report, bad conduct, and injury with evil intent. One of the occurrences connects to the unhealthy sexuality history of the Israelites in Numbers 32:13. The evil the Israelis did in the sight of God included human sex trafficking. “The LORD’s anger burned against Israel and he made them wander in the wilderness forty years, until the whole generation of those who had done evil (RA) in his sight was gone” (Numbers 32:13).
RA appears 32 times in Deuteronomy. The phrase “you must purge the evil from among you” appears nine times. The range of meanings include: trafficking in the human sex trade, idolatry, signs from God, disease, sacrificial animals, unhealthy asyngenesis in marriage, disease, and disaster. Deuteronomy 7:17 begins the nine “you must purge the evil from among you” phrases, covering court matters, testimony, addict family members, rape, and kidnapping. Nine occurrences of RA in Deuteronomy connect to unhealthy sexuality in terms of marriage, idolatry with the sacred sex trade, and rape. Fifteen uses of the wordRA connect to asyngenesis unhealthy passages.
RA occurs twice in the Book of Joshua. The first citation can be found in Joshua 23:15, describing the judgment of God on the Israelis. The final scene features Joshua pledging his commitment to the Lord. He uses the term RA, translated as “undesirable,” to communicate whether the people of Israel should choose to worship the Lord or the deities of the Near East. The Joshua 24:15 citation can be considered an asyngenesis term since worship of these deities included trafficking humans in the sacred sex trade.
The Book of Judges records Israel’s decline of conscious awareness or loss of intimacy with God, resulting in genocide. The word RA occurs 17 times in Judges. Not only does the term chah-LAWL appear for loss of intimacy with God, the reader may see unhealthy sexuality escalating from the erotic rage of rape to murder with dismemberment. The phrase, “The Israelites did evil in the eyes of the Lord” emerges as a significant theme of traumatic repetition. The phrase appears six times in Judges, six is often a Biblical symbol of evil (Judges 2:11,15, 3:7,12, 4:1, 6:1).
This phrase, “The Israelites did evil in the eyes of the Lord”, reflects the loss of intimacy theme within the syngenesis health and safety First Gospel. In Genesis 6-11, humankind declines to sexual abuse and incest. All “the Israelites did evil in the sight of the Lord” phrases connect directly to unhealthy sexuality. When the Israelites do RA in the eyes of the Lord, it connects specifically to idolatry by participating in human trafficking of the sacred sex trade and surrendering political military power.
The balance of the use of RA means emotional distress, treachery, waging war, physical harm, rape, murder with dismemberment, and physical disaster. The number of asyngenesis unhealthy uses forRA totals 10 of the 17 passages in Judges (Judges 2:11, 3:7, 12, 4:1, 6:1,10:6, 13:1, 20:3,12,13). All ten uses of RA connect to unhealthy sexuality, or the RA that resulted from the sacred sex trade, rape and murder.
1 and 2 Samuel utilize the term RA 44 times. The word appears four times in an asyngenesis context: King David’s adultery with Bathsheba (2 Samuel 12:9), the judgment on King David for the murder conspiracy of Uriah and adultery (2 Samuel 12:11), addressing the incestuous rape of Tamar by Amnon (2 Samuel 13:22), and connected to David’s murder/adultery conspiracy (2 Samuel 16:8). The other uses of the word RA include references to wicked deeds, disaster, inappropriately asking God for a king, Saul’s misuse of his office, an evil spirit which came upon Saul, the threat of physical harm, and the discerning of good and evil.
Isaiah uses the term RA 19 times. One verse speaks of RA as being like the erotic violence of Sodom in Isaiah 3:9. Jeremiah uses the term RA in unhealthy sexuality contexts five times. Four of the citations connect to the sacred sex trade with adultery. One reference occurs in the term, “…did evil in the eyes of the Lord….” This phrase is a common theme in the books of Judges and Kings. Ezekiel utilizes the term RA 22 times. Three references connect to unhealthy sexuality. It is possible many more references to RA and unhealthy sexuality occur, but I desire to err on the side of conservatism. None of the Minor Prophets use RA in a direct unhealthy sexuality context.
RA appears 64 times in the Psalms. The writers of Psalms record one connection of RA with the erotic violence of King David’s affair with Bathsheba: “Against you, you only, have I sinned and done what is evil in your sight; so you are right in your verdict and justified when you judge” (Psalms 51:4). Proverbs also records one usage of the term RA related to adultery: “…keeping you from your neighbor’s wife, from the smooth talk of a wayward (RA) woman” (Proverbs 6:24).
Ezra and Nehemiah record five asyngenesis unhealthy uses of the word RA, and four directly connect to idolatrous human trafficking in the sacred sex trade. One reference reflects the practice of marrying outside of the tribe of Israel. The phrase “evil in the sight of” connects to the idolatry of Israel with participation in the sacred sex trade.
Deuteronomy 22:21…she shall be brought to the door of her father’s house and there the men of her town shall stone her to death. She has done an outrageous thing in Israel by being promiscuous while still in her father’s house. You must purge the evil (RA) from among you.
Deuteronomy 22:22If a man is found sleeping with another man’s wife, both the man who slept with her and the woman must die. You must purge the evil (RA) from Israel.
Judges 3:7 The Israelites did evil (RA) in the eyes of the LORD; they forgot the LORD their God and served the Baals and the Asherahs.
Judges 10:6 Again the Israelites did evil (RA) in the eyes of the LORD. They served the Baals and the Ashtoreths, and the gods of Aram, the gods of Sidon, the gods of Moab, the gods of the Ammonites and the gods of the Philistines. And because the Israelites forsook the LORD and no longer served him….
2Samuel 12:11This is what the LORD says: “Out of your own household I am going to bring calamity (RA) on you. Before your very eyes I will take your wives and give them to one who is close to you, and he will sleep with your wives in broad daylight.”
1Kings 11:6 So Solomon did evil (RA) in the eyes of the LORD; he did not follow the LORD completely, as David his father had done.
2Kings 17:17 They sacrificed their sons and daughters in the fire. They practiced divination and sought omens and sold themselves to do evil (RA) in the eyes of the LORD, arousing his anger.
Jeremiah 23:14 And among the prophets of Jerusalem I have seen something horrible: They commit adultery and live a lie. They strengthen the hands of evildoers (RA), so that not one of them turns from their wickedness. They are all like Sodom to me; the people of Jerusalem are like Gomorrah.”

203G. Sexual Nihilism, pawn-eh-ROS (Mat 5:11) Strong, G4190
Matthew 5:11 “Blessed are you when people insult you, persecute you and falsely say all kinds of evil (pawn-eh-ROS) against you because of me.
The word evil in the Greek New Testament is pronounced pawn-eh-ROS,
appearing 78 times in 72 verses of the Greek New Testament. Matthew 12-16 form an inclusio of Jesus’ defense against the attacks of the religiously conservative Pharisees. The beginning of the inclusio features “a wicked and adulterous generation”and 16:4 brings the inclusio to close with the same words. The citations within the inclusio identify the source of evil: a hardened heart. The term hard heart neurologically may mean the dysregulation of the PFC that is the disabling of the part of the brain regulating anger, greed, and syngenesis neural pathways. When the anterior cingulate located within the PFC is deprived of blood flow, compassion is disabled. This neurological state cannot regulate anger, rage, fear, or sexual neural pathways. Is this condition a hard heart? Mark 7 refers to pawn-eh-ROS, meaning “evil,” twice connecting to the Matthew passages. Luke 3:19 records the arrest of John the Baptist by Herod. The incarceration of Jesus’ cousin, John, leads to beheading when the preacher calls the ruler to task for the evil of incestuous adultery. Revelation completes the syngenesis use of pawn-eh-ROS with the description of festering sores breaking out on those who worship the Beast and participated in the sacred sex trade. Could festering sores be sexually transmitted infections?
Teaching Children Ages 6-11 Using Nature Immersion: The Creation Walk
Genesis 6-11 can educate your children about safe versus unsafe. This conversation may be the beginning of abuse prevention for our children. The Noah and Ark snapshot is perfect teaching and learning for young children. Here are some examples of neurological priming for abuse prevention. For example, some plants are safe to touch like pine cones. Some fruits and vegetables like watermelon and corn on the cob are healthy. Other plants are unsafe, like poison ivy and skunk cabbage. Many animals are pleasant and calm enough to be petted and enjoyed. Other animals are unsafe like rattlesnakes and poisonous spiders. I enjoy asking dog owners if their dog is safe and may be petted. This helps parents teach boundaries and caution without terrifying children. Other examples are: streets are safe to cross with your parents when no cars are oncoming. Crossing the street without checking for vehicles is unsafe. Many people are safe. Others are unsafe. This seems to be the point of Genesis 6. The world had become unsafe. This made God very sad. The ark is the way God saved Noah’s family making them whole and healthy.
Water Play
In the forest or on the beach, can you make a twig raft and place created beings on the “ark”? The ark and flood can become a conversation on water safety. For example, some water is safe to play in…fast-deep water is not safe. Can you tell the story of how the world became unsafe in Genesis 6? God saved Noah’s family with the animals in the safety of the ark.
Consent is teaching on personal safety for children. This can be a way to talk about boundaries and safe touching. Perhaps, you can help your children with boundaries about touching the private parts of others, specifically family members? You may use the video of Tubseday, the Native American girl, to define outside parts, inside parts, and private parts. The teaching piece focuses on safety, not terror.
Click on this link to view Tubseday (TUBE-seh-day), The Native American girl, teaching children about consent.
The making of a raft with created beings and water play can assist to decrease anxiety for a child so she can hear the boundaries of “not touching the private parts” of family members. If the conversation becomes awkward, resume the water play. The goal is to wire a child’s brain for safety without shutdown.
Nerf Play
Children ages 6-11 enjoy shared experiences with parents. On a Creation Walk, can you have a rousing game of nerf guns? Enjoy one another among healing leaves and the image of God as you defend your “family”? Perhaps this is a teaching piece on “not every person is a safe person”? This nerf play can mirror teaching on the flood account. Humankind became nihilistic and was destroying itself. Jesus is our merciful savior who gave his life on the cross in compassionate presence. He fought for us. In the Book of Revelation chapter 19, Christ is described as a warrior defending the people he loves. Nerf and defending your team, can be an exciting teaching piece. Could you create a makeshift ark out of limbs and have one team gather created beings representing the animals on the ark? One team defends and the other tries to intervene on gathering animals two by two? Make sure to wear eye protection and pick up your nerf darts to honor the Creation.
Revelation 19:11-16 I saw heaven standing open and there before me was a white horse, whose rider is called Faithful and True. With justice he judges and wages war.His eyes are like blazing fire, and on his head are many crowns. He has a name written on him that no one knows but he himself. He is dressed in a robe dipped in blood, and his name is the Word of God. The armies of heaven were following him, riding on white horses and dressed in fine linen, white and clean. Coming out of his mouth is a sharp sword with which to strike down the nations. “He will rule them with an iron scepter.” He treads the winepress of the fury of the wrath of God Almighty. On his robe and on his thigh he has this name written:
“King of Kings and Lord of Lords.”
Chapter Three
The First Gospel of Health and Safety
for Children Ages 12-18
Syngenesis Positive Terms
Adolescents ages 12-18 experience the greatest syngenesis wiring in life. Testosterone, estrogen, peptides, dopamine and adrenaline neuropathways contribute to the most powerful network in the human body, the syngenesis/reproductive system. This circuitry impacts spiritual, cognitive, social, and physical domains. Much of the wiring of adolescence is called pruning, disconnecting wiring no longer used from childhood. Key traits include the ability to think critically about their own spirituality, long-term goals, increased self-consciousness, emotional and syngenesis regulation. This period involves forming a personal spiritual identity and navigating a shift in priorities from family to God and peers. A benevolent Creator has shaped adolescent children to begin “leaving their parents and cleaving” to a lifetime partner” during this season of prolific neurological wiring.
The purpose of this work focuses on parents teaching their children syngenesis/reproduction rather than professionals. In Barna’s February 2025 State of the Church release, research shows social insecurities and anxieties with “church people” are top barriers for younger generations. Barna also found that when seeking meaning about faith and spirituality, 72% of Gen Z teenagers (13-17) do not trust their pastors, priests, or ministers. The Bible and their mothers were the most frequent answers at 39% and 34%. Among Gen Z’s the research showed greater trust in family members for spiritual guidance, with 53% turning to their mothers. https://www.christianpost.com/news/americans-rank-clergy-at-record-low-in-honesty-and-ethics-ratings.html
The syngenesis health positive terms are bridegroom, intercourse intimacy/coercive intercourse, virgin, love/lover, kiss, foreplay to intercourse intimacy, mandrakes, fall in love, and eunuch/intersex traits.
007H. Bridegroom, chah-THAWN (Gen 19:12) Strong, H2860
In the Bible, the bridegroom is a powerful image for Jesus Christ. The Bridegroom represents a covenant relationship with His bride, the Church. The Bridegroom symbolizes intimacy, integrity of love, salvation, and hope. The bridegroom image stems from Old Testament symbolism of God as Israel’s husband (Hosea, Isaiah). In the New Testament, the bridegroom image appears in Jesus’ parables of the Ten Virgins and presence at the wedding in Cana. The New Testament presents Christ as the faithful Bridegroom who anticipates intimate union with the Church, a relationship described with themes of sacrifice, fidelity, and future reality. Small children 0-5 do not comprehend intercourse intimacy, but they can identify a groom in wedding snapshots. This too can shape a child’s brain in healthy positive ways. Children ages 6-11 are old enough to understand faithfulness and honor in relationships. The bridegroom snapshot may assist prepubescent children ages 6-11 to form the neural architecture of commitment for long term relationships. Connections can be made to Jesus, The Bridegroom, who gave his life in honor and integrity for his bride, the church. Children ages 12-18 can begin to understand the beauty of covenant in all 7 facets of intimacy as they prepare for long term commitment. (Ephesians 5:21-6)

Jesus uses the term bridegroom, noom-PHONE, 3 times in the New Testament. Each occurrence speaks about himself as the groom. John the Baptist uses another Greek word for bridegroom, noom-PHEE-os, when speaking about Jesus as the Messiah in John 3:29. Jesus continues the rich theme of the bridegroom from the Old Testament.
Isaiah 61:10 I delight greatly in the LORD; my soul rejoices in my God. For he has clothed me with garments of salvation and arrayed me in a robe of his righteousness, as a bridegroom (chah-THAWN) adorns his head like a priest, and as a bride adorns herself with her jewels.
Jeremiah 33:11…the sounds of joy and gladness, the voices of bride and bridegroom (chah-THAWN) and the voices of those who bring thank offerings to the house of the LORD, saying, “Give thanks to the LORD Almighty, for the LORD is good; his love endures forever.” For I will restore the fortunes of the land as they were before,’ says the LORD.
Matthew 9:15 Jesus answered, “How can the guests of the bridegroom (noom-PHONE) mourn while he is with them? The time will come when the bridegroom (noom-PHEE-os) will be taken from them; then they will fast.

The term kah-RAV, appears 283 times in 263 verses in the WLC Hebrew Bible. Five of the occurrences connect to intercourse intimacy. The range of meanings include to come near, approach, enter into, draw near, and intercourse. Two of the citations connect to hygiene protocols, twice for coercive intercourse in rape or incest, and once for Isaiah’s intimacy with his wife.

Genesis 24:16The woman was very beautiful, a virgin (buh-TWO-lah); no man had ever slept with her (yah-DAH, had been sexually intimate with). She went down to the spring, filled her jar and came up again.
Isaiah 7:14 Therefore the Lord himself will give you a sign: The virgin (awl-MAH) will conceive and give birth to a son, and will call him Immanuel.
The term virgin, buh-TWO-lah, appears 50 times in 50 verses of the WLC. In the Old Testament the term awl-MAH in Isaiah 7:14 refers to a young woman, often interpreted in Christian tradition as a prophetic reference to the Virgin Mary. Awl-MAH appears 5 times in the WLC. The word, virgin, has rich theological meaning for people of faith. It can symbolize purity, devotion, virginity, and being set apart for God’s purposes. Paul uses this term to present the church as a “pure virgin to Christ” (2 Corinthians 11:2). Specific snapshots are Mary, the mother of Jesus, described as a virgin, emphasizing her unique role in the birth of Christ. (Matthew 1:23) Revelation 14:4 describes holocaust survivors who are “not defiled with women” who follow the Lamb, symbolizing those who remain spiritually pure and faithful.
In essence, virgin in the Bible often signifies innocence, intimacy neutrality without sex negativity, and, most significantly, a state of preparedness and spiritual receptivity, with end-time purpose.

010H. Love, Lover, ah-HAWV (Gen 24:67) Strong, H157
The Biblical Hebrew word for love, ah-HAWV has similar meanings as in English. It spans human love for family, an intimate partner, food, drink, sleep, and wisdom. Ah-HAWV is used in friendship, romance, for the people of Israel and intimacy with God. Ah-HAWV appears 212 times in 196 verses of the WLC. 47 times in 42 verses this word for love occurs in romantic contexts. In the book of Genesis the romance snapshots using ah-HAWV include: Isaac loving Rebekah, Jacob’s romantic feelings for Rachel, Leah’s desire to be loved by Jacob, and Shechem’s longing for Dinah ending in rape. Perhaps the teaching point of the Dinah snapshot may educate about sexual violence and grooming behaviors? Not all romantic sensations are trustworthy? In the New Testament there are 4 citations which may be translated as romantic love in marriage. All other uses of the term connect to intimate love whether for God, one another, or the world.
When teaching children 12-18 about intercourse intimacy, health and safety, I would like to offer a fresh perspective. Rather than abstinence-only conversations, parents, would you entertain “intimacy neutrality without sex negativity”? Rather than wiring our children with deprivation-only circuitry, is it reasonable to model Biblical intimacy without intercourse? Intimacy neutrality without sex negativity?
Rosenbaum (2001) surveyed participants active in the 1990’s purity culture movement. Rather than from health and safety Biblical theology, the movement began in the aftermath of the AIDS epidemic. HIV very well may have been a talking point to motivate purity rings, covenants, and chastity ball-dances with fathers and daughters committing to abstinence. Millions of government-funded dollars supported abstinence-only education. Results demonstrate 82 percent of pledge takers broke their promises. The report revealed no significant difference between students who made pledges and those who did not. Both groups engaged in sexual activity, “including giving or receiving oral sex, vaginal intercourse, the age at which they first had sex, or their number of sexual partners. More than half of both groups had engaged in various types of sexual activity, had an average of about three sexual partners and had sex for the first time by age 21 even if they were unmarried.” https://www.nbcnews.com/id/wbna28415602 For the skeptics, ask your youth pastor and local Christian counselor about their experiences with purity culture participants.
Intimacy neutrality is one health-positive practice to regulate syngenesis neuropathways without negativity. Biblical examples include Joseph, Jesus, Paul, and the first-century apostolic leadership community. Intimacy neutrality does not cancel the spirituality, beauty, regeneration, pleasure, compassionate presence, or reconciliation of intercourse intimacy. Intimacy neutrality looks positively at healthy relationships while practicing, “ the seven intimacies being the greatest value in life rather than intercourse, right now.” The Purity Movement may have in truth undermined the ability to regulate syngenesis neuropathways. Studies of abstinence-only ideology suggest unexpected long-term, “unintended outcomes.” For example:
- Higher Pregnancy Rates: Paradoxically, studies found that female pledge makers unable to keep their promises were more likely to get pregnant than non-pledgers. Pledging females were less likely to use contraception due to shame or lack of education.
- STI Rates: The sexually transmitted infection rates among pledge makers did not differ from non pledgers.
- Sexual Dysfunction: Women raised in the purity culture of the 90s report high rates of sexual pain (vaginismus) and, to this day, report higher rates of sexual shame, guilt, and dysfunction.
- Marital Mistrust: Some research suggests that women who made purity pledges as youth, are 43% more likely to mistrust their husbands. This may stem from the intense focus on monitoring negative behavior rather than focus on the spiritual, beautiful, regulating, pleasurable, compassionate in presence, and reconciliatory nature of intimacy as the Bible suggests. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/34556007/
Could it be that abstinence-only sex negativity became a widespread myth impacting our children’s health and safety? Is it possible the negative outcomes from purity culture were based on mythology and not Scriptural Christ-centered theology?
Erotic imagery of the porn sex trafficking industry is the primary educator for our children. Porn wires anticipation for intercourse in the PFC. These immediate gratification neuropathways may be one reason the purity movement’s statistics are so devastating. The porn industry has literally shaped the brains of our children rather than the First Gospel of Health and Safety reflected in the life of Christ. All human beings practice intimacy neutrality daily at work, with family, at school. Is it possible to replace abstinence-only conversations with intimacy neutrality, health and safety?

011H. Foreplay to Intercourse Intimacy, Outercourse, or Seduction, yih-TSACH (Gen 26:8) Strong, H6711
Genesis 26:8 features the syngenesis positive term, foreplay to intercourse intimacy. “When Isaac had been there a long time, Abimelek king of the Philistines looked down from a window and saw Isaac caressing his wife Rebekah.” The words “caressing his wife Rebekah” perhaps reflect humorous imagery. The root for caressing forms from the word for Isaac, “he laughs.” In the Hebrew verbal form called Piel, it can mean sporting, or joking over and over again with intensity. Brown Driver and Briggs Hebrew Lexicon defined this word as “conjugal caresses” (BLB, Genesis 28:6). Most likely, intimate touch or outercourse is meant (Paraclete Forum, 2021). When we teach prepubescent children this term, it may be appropriate to translate it as “caressing” or “intimate touch”. Part of preparation for intercourse intimacy is understanding how the syngenesis system activates. Foreplay to intercourse or outercourse is not only affectionate caressing as Scripture states, but includes spiritual connection with God and partner, sharing of beauty, the regeneration of rest, mutual pleasure, compassionate presence, and conflict resolution.
Genesis 26:8When Isaac had been there a long time, Abimelek, king of the Philistines, looked down from a window and saw Isaac caressing (yih-TSACH) his wife Rebekah.

012H. Kiss, nah-SHAWK (Gen 27:26) Strong, H5401
Ancient Near East kissing was a gesture used for romantic intimacy, family affection, and as a sign of respect, submission, or devotion. Evidence from ancient Mesopotamian clay tablets (dating back 4,500 years) shows kissing was common in love, family, and friendship.
Biblical texts use nah-SHAWK and the Greek phi-LE-oh in greetings and religious rituals like the “holy kiss” in early Christianity. The “holy kiss” was introduced perhaps to differentiate Christian kindness from erotic kissing, emphasizing the spirituality of the greeting. In the book of Genesis nah-SHAWK appears 11 times. 10 of the 11 occurrences are family or romantic contexts, and one is a sign of respect and submission to Joseph as the COO of Egypt. In the New Testament the word for kiss, phi-LE-oh, is used twice for the act of kissing. 013H. Mandrakes, doo-DAI: (Gen 30:14) Strong, H1736
Mandrakes are an anesthetic-hallucinogenic plant associated with fertility in the ancient Near East. Mandrakes, pronounced doo-DAI, feature in the story of Jacob’s wives, Rachel and Leah. Perhaps to promote fertility, sterile Rachel, bargained food for sex with her sister Leah. In exchange for the mandrakes, Rachel manipulated Jacob (The Coercer) to impregnate Leah. Ironically, Leah then became pregnant with their fifth son, Issachar, while Rachel remained infertile. The mandrake is also mentioned in the Song of Solomon for its fragrant fruit, suggesting a romantic ambiance in an intimate setting.
Mandrakes possess hallucinogenic properties due to potent tropane alkaloids such as scopolamine, atropine, and hyoscyamine, which can induce delirium and hallucinations. The plant is also highly toxic, and its use potentially fatal.
Effects and Dangers
- Hallucinogenic & Deliriant: Mandrake can cause vivid hallucinations and a state of delirium, which in large doses may lead to psychosis.
- Narcotic & Sedative: Historically, it was used as an anesthetic for surgery in ancient times because it induces a state of unconsciousness with indifference to pain.
- Highly Poisonous: All parts of the mandrake plant are poisonous. The concentration of alkaloids varies between individual plants, making safe dosing nearly impossible and accidental poisoning a significant risk.
- Physical Symptoms of Poisoning: Ingestion can lead to severe symptoms including blurred vision, dilated pupils, dry mouth, difficulty urinating, dizziness, headache, rapid heart rate (tachycardia), and vomiting.
- Risk of Death: In sufficient quantities, the plant can cause respiratory arrest, coma, and death due to its anticholinergic properties. Mandrakes possess hallucinogenic properties due to potent tropane alkaloids such as scopolamine, atropine, and hyoscyamine, which can induce delirium and hallucinations. The plant is also highly toxic, and its use is very dangerous.
Genesis 30:14 During wheat harvest, Reuben went out into the fields and found some mandrakes (doo-DAI) plants, which he brought to his mother Leah. Rachel said to Leah, “Please give me some of your son’s mandrakes (doo-DAI).” But she said to her, “Wasn’t it enough that you took away my husband? Will you take my son’s mandrakes (doo-DAI) too?” “Very well,” Rachel said, “he can sleep with you tonight in return for your son’s mandrakes (doo-DAI).” So when Jacob came in from the fields that evening, Leah went out to meet him. “You must sleep with me,” she said. “I have hired you with my son’s mandrakes (doo-DAI).” So he slept with her that night. God listened to Leah, and she became pregnant and bore Jacob a fifth son.

015H. Eunuch/Intersex Traits, sah-REECE (Gen 37:36) Strong, H5631
Genesis 37:36Meanwhile, the Midianites sold Joseph in Egypt to Potiphar, one of Pharaoh’s officials (sah-REECE), the captain of the guard.
Genesis Chapter 37 features the term eunuch for the first time in the Bible. Bitter brothers sell Joseph into slavery to Ishmaelite investors. The human trafficking descendants of Ishmael profited by selling Joseph to Potiphar, an elite royal military-captain. Described in two ways, Potiphar is the guardian, SAR, of Pharaoh and also identified as a eunuch, sah-REECE (Genesis 37:26, Strong, h5631, g2135). The reader may note that the terms guardian, SAR, and eunuch, sah-REECE , sound similar in Hebrew, but have different spellings and meanings.
Eunuchs have been employed by royalty for millennia to oversee harems. The eunuch was unable to impregnate royal consorts because of either intersex traits at birth or surgical removal of genitalia. Eunuchism includes those born with intersex traits incapable of heterosexual intercourse.
Clinicians use the term intersex for variations in sexually reproducing organisms. Intersex births feature characteristics between typical males and typical females. Intersex genitals differ in numerous ways with wide diversity. Many intersexual traits never appear outwardly. Some variations present when the intersex child reaches puberty, and still others at adulthood. Some intersexual traits never appear physically (Fausto-Sterling, 2000).
The research for this data comes from the work of Fausto-Sterling (2000). She examined clinical intersex data from 1955 to 1999. She stated, “We surveyed the medical literature from 1955 to the present for studies of the frequency of deviation from the ideal male or female. We conclude that this frequency may be as high as 2% of live births” (pp. 151–166). Genetics governing growth and development cause most intersex variations. Hormones underlie the most frequent variations among the intersexual population.
Numerous eunuch snapshots appear in both the Old and New Testament records. The Hebrew Bible (WLC) uses the terms sah-REECE and eunuch in New Testament Greek (GNT) (Strong, H5631, G2135).
Royalty concerned for DNA purity of heirs chose staff members incapable of reproduction to oversee harems. The eunuch lacked the ability for intercourse with the king’s wives whether by intersex traits or surgical castration. The sah-REECE served as a nonthreatening caregiver, ensuring royal blood lines with unbroken succession to the throne.
The fifth century AD Etymologicon by Orion of Thebes cites an early definition for the eunuch: “guarding the bed” and “being deprived of male to female intercourse.”
The historian Lucian states two criteria for vetting a eunuch: physical inspection for sterile genitalia and examining the candidate during a sex act with females. This vetting process proved the sah-REECE/eunuch posed no threat to contaminate royal DNA (Sturz, p. 58).
Many cultures record surgical castration to prevent impregnating royal consorts. Vietnamese eunuchism removed both testicles and penis of male staff to ensure the progeny of the Emperor. The duties of Vietnamese eunuchs primarily maintained the harem for reproduction with the Emperor (Taylor, 2013).
The Biblical Hebrew word for eunuch is sah-REECE, (Strong, H5631). Potiphar in the Joseph snapshot circa 12th Dynasty BCE is called Pharaoh’s sah-REECE (BLB, Genesis 37:36, Strong, H5631). Daniel of the Babylonian Exile 8th century BC served under a sah-REECE and is assumed to be part of the eunuch culture to secure the integrity of heir making. The Book of Isaiah 56:1–5 uses the term sah-REECE in a blessing piece.
And let no eunuch (sah-REECE) complain,
“I am only a dry tree.”
For this is what the Lord says:
“To the eunuchs (sah-REECE) who keep my Sabbaths,
who choose what pleases me
and hold fast to my covenant—
to them I will give within my temple and its walls
a memorial and a name
better than sons and daughters;
I will give them an everlasting name
that will endure forever.
Other eunuchs are named specifically, such as, Hegai and Shashgaz, Hatach, Harbonah, Bigthan, and Teresh. The sarisim, the plural of sah-REECE, were potential threats to impregnate the harem of the king and therefore chosen because of the inability for intercourse with royalty.
The New Testament uses the term eunuch in two narratives, Mathew 19 and Acts 8. Jesus speaks of eunuchs in Matthew 19 stating that some eunuchs are born, some eunuchs are made (surgically), and others choose to be eunuchs (Matthew 19:1–12).
Jesus replied, “Not everyone can accept this word, but only those to whom it has been given. For there are eunuchs who were born that way, and there are eunuchs who have been made eunuchs by others—and there are those who choose to live like eunuchs for the sake of the kingdom of heaven. The one who can accept this should accept it.” (Matthew 19:1–12)
The eunuchs Jesus described may include those who were born with intersex variations and could not have XX and XY syngenesis. The second snapshot appears in Acts 8:26–39. In this piece the apostle Phillip interprets Isaiah 53 for an, “Ethiopian eunuch, an important official in charge of all the treasury of the Kandake which means ‘queen of the Ethiopians.’” (Acts 8:27) The reader may note that the Ethiopian eunuch served a royal consort, a queen. In addition, the term eunuch is separate from, an important official (powerful politician) in charge. This supports the Old Testament meaning of the sah-REECE who guarded the harem of royalty.
015G. Eunuch/Intersex Traits, eu-NEW-kos (Mat 19:12) Strong, G2135
Matthew 19:12For there are eunuchs who were born that way, and there are eunuchs who have been made eunuchs by others—and there are those who choose to live like eunuchs for the sake of the kingdom of heaven. The one who can accept this should accept it.”
Intersex-eunuch passages in Matthew 19 and Acts 8 appear without condemnation as well. The Acts snapshot with the Ethiopian eunuch and Phillip communicates honor and dignity for the first African convert from Ethiopia. There are no Scriptural citations judging or condemning eunuchs with intersex traits in the entire Bible. All eunuch references appear with dignity and honor.

Coitus interruptus, or the withdrawal birth control method, is a form of contraception where the male partner withdraws the penis before ejaculatory inevitability to prevent sperm from entering the cervix. Free and always available, there are no associated health risks or side effects. However, coitus interruptus is considered one of the least effective methods of birth control. Pre-ejaculatory fluid may contain sperm. This form of birth control also does not protect against sexually transmitted infections (STI). Please see the Key Vocabulary for more indepth content.

Syngenesis: The First Gospel of Health and Safety
For Children Ages 12-18
Asyngenesis Unhealthy Terms
The asyngenesis unhealthy terms in the Book of Genesis for ages 12-18 are: sexually transmitted infections (STI), coercive intercourse, Sodom, sexual assault, rape, sex trafficked males and females.
STIs have a profound impact on syngenesis health worldwide. The average age of infection onset is 14 years old. 20% of Americans have an STI with over 1 million transmissions daily worldwide. https://www.cdc.gov/sti/php/communication-resources/prevalence-incidence-and-cost-estimates.html In 2020, WHO estimated 374 million new infections with 1 of 4 STIs: chlamydia (129 million), gonorrhoea (82 million), syphilis (7.1 million) and trichomoniasis (156 million). More than 520 million people were estimated to be living with genital herpes in 2020, and an estimated 300 million women have an HPV infection, the primary cause of cervical cancer and anal cancer among men who have intercourse with men. In addition, updated WHO estimates that 254 million people were living with chronic hepatitis B in 2022.
1 in 8 Americans and 1 in 5 worldwide have genital herpes. 90% have no awareness of their infection. The average age of infection onset is 14. https://www.who.int/news/item/11-12-2024-over-1-in-5-adults-worldwide-has-a-genital-herpes-infection-who
STIs like herpes, gonorrhoea and syphilis can increase the risk of HIV acquisition.
Mother-to-child transmission of STIs can result in stillbirth, neonatal death, low-birth weight and prematurity, sepsis, neonatal conjunctivitis and congenital deformities.
HPV infection causes cervical and other cancers.
In 2022, hepatitis B resulted in an estimated 1.1 million deaths, mostly from cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma (primary liver cancer).
STIs such as gonorrhoea and chlamydia are major causes of pelvic inflammatory disease and infertility in women. https://www.who.int/news-room/fact-sheets/detail/sexually-transmitted-infections-(stis)#:~:text=Key facts, vaginal, anal and oral sex.
So, the time to educate our children about STI’s needs to be before age 14. This seems appropriate topic beginning at age 12 using the book of Genesis as a guide.
204H. Sexually Transmitted Infections, neh-GAH (Gen 12:17) Strong, H5060

205. Sodom, (Gen 13:13) Strong, H5467
Sodom has been a violent symbol of sexual assault for 3500 years. The goal of this work allows the text to interpret itself without political bias. As the Sodom snapshot unfolds, several questions emerge. Is Sodom a case study in same-sex attraction? Are Sodomites violent homosexuals? What could be the author’s intent for the Sodom snapshot?
The text states, “The people of Sodom were very wicked (RA, רע ) and sinned against the Lord.” (Genesis 13:13) The reader can see that evil, RA, connects to a loss of intimacy with God, “The people…sinned against the Lord.” In context RA carries the weight of coercion. (Genesis 2:17, 6:5) RA has no other meaning at this point in the Hebrew manuscript other than coercion and sexual abuse. RA in Genesis within context of the entirety of the Bible can be found in the Biblical Theological section and Appendix A.
After leaving Egypt, Abraham resettles where he earlier built an altar and “called upon the name of the Lord.” Spirituality forms the primary piece of intimacy between God and humanity. Abraham makes sacrifices at the altar and calls upon the name or character of God (Genesis 13:4).
“The Lord said to Abram after Lot had departed from him, ‘Look around from where you are, to the north and south, to the east and west. All the land you see I will give you and your offspring forever. I will make your offspring like the dust of the earth, so that if anyone could count the dust, then your offspring could be counted. Go, walk through the length and breadth of the land for I am giving it to you’ …There he built an altar to the Lord.” (Genesis 13:14–18)
This section forms an inclusio beginning and ending with Abraham spiritually connecting to God with worship. Once again, intimacy with God and sexual health form the central theme of relationship with humankind.
An inclusio links the Sodom snapshot introduced in Chapter 13. The Sodom inclusio spans five chapters. The First Gospel of Health and Safety of Genesis 1–5 and the or decline of health in Genesis 6–11 cover five chapters each, which appears to be an intentional organization around sexual health themes.
Before they had gone to bed, all the men from every part of the city of Sodom—both young and old—surrounded the house. They called to Lot, “Where are the men who came to you tonight? Bring them out to us so that we can have sex with them” (Genesis 19:4).
Sodom’s citizens, who have a history of human sex trafficking, surround the house of Lot, Abraham’s nephew. The threatening crowd demands “to know,” Yah-DAH, ידע, to have intercourse, with God’s messengers inside Lot’s home.
There may be a translation error in the Sodom snap shot. The Hebrew text states, “All the people from that area.” The word for people or tribe, AM, עמ, pronounced awm, appears 1,836 times in the Old Testament for “people” both male and female. The word AM translates as men only twice in the Old Testament (Strong, H5971). Why did the translators leave this descriptive word out? Could it be sexual politics prompted translators to make the case that heterosexuals and women were not involved in the riot? One of the errors translators have historically made with these texts is the insertion of personal or institutional biases into the narrative. Instead of translation, scholars may have projected personal theology or politics into the story. The goal of this work is to resist bias and permit the story to interpret itself with other texts as support. Is this an account of same-sex attraction of men? The text indicates that this mob likely includes heterosexuals and women. The fact that Lot would offer his daughters to the mob seems to indicate the presence of heterosexuals or at minimum bisexuals. The Hebrew text states that all the people, AM from that region, including women, assembled at Lot’s house. The context of Genesis favors the idea of coercive violent sexuality as the “evil” of the men and women of Sodom rather than same sex erotic violence.
There are dynamic pieces in this unhealthy asyngenesis snapshot. The intimidating crowd escalates into a violent, riotous rabble, intensifying from threats to attempted forced entry. Then Lot, under the stress of a homicidal throng, offers his two virgin daughters as a sacrificial offering. Lot, his intentions clear, states, “Look, I have two daughters who have never slept with a man. Let me bring them out to you and you can do what you like with them” (Genesis 19:8). The daughters will wreak revenge for this betrayal. Lot’s loss of compassion for his daughters may be an anxiety reaction to the threat of death. The role of anxiety reaction with the disabling of the prefrontal cortex may give clarity for Lot’s betrayal. Anxiety reaction explains more fully in the Key Vocabulary. The word for slept with is the word yah-DAH which is the Hebrew word used in the First Gospel for the intimacy of intercourse. Yah-DAH includes a sense of “knowing” fully. Perhaps this use of yah-DAH can be best understood through the literary device of paradox. The violence of the masses and betrayal of trust by Lot toward his daughters paints a dramatic contrast with the intimacy of the First Gospel. The irony continues when Lot uses the Hebrew word TOBE, טוב, as he addresses the crowd, “Do what you like (TOBE) with them.” This is the same term appearing in the First Gospel for the blessing of God for the goodness of syngenesis/reproduction. Could this use be paradox? This snapshot takes a more tragic turn. In Genesis 19:14, Lot “went out and spoke to his sons in law who were pledged to marry his daughters.” The daughters Lot offered to the violent mob as sexual collateral were engaged to be married. The painful backstory points to the covenant of marriage that would bring Lot grandchildren. Lot undermined his own family and legacy. This incident transitions to the next piece of the narrative, offspring.
The Lot unhealthy asyngenesis snapshot does not end with the coercive violence of Sodom. Lot survives the murderous multitude. He flees with his daughters and takes refuge in a cave.
“One day the older daughter said to the younger, “Our father is old, and there is no man around here to give us children—as is the custom all over the earth. Let’s get our father to drink wine then sleep (shah-KAWB, Strong H7901) with him and preserve our family line through our father.” (Genesis 19:31–32)
The daughters dope their father then sexually assault him on two successive nights. The term they use, shah-KAWV, always means violent asyngnesis in Genesis. Lot’s blood alcohol content is so extreme, “he was not aware of it when she lay down or when she got up. So both of Lot’s daughters became pregnant by their father” (Genesis 19:35–36).

206. Coercive Intercourse, Sexual Assault, shah-CAWV (Gen 19:32) Strong, H7901
Shah-CAWV, to sleep, to bed, coercive/violent sexual abuse appears 213 times across 194 verses of the WLC (Westminster Leningrad Codex, the earliest scholarly Hebrew text). In 54 of those verses, shah-CAWV is used in asyngenesis/unhealthy contexts. Within the Book of Genesis, shah-CAWV occurs 17 times for sexual assault. The Genesis author only uses shah-CAWV as coercive or violent abuse, such as in Sodom, the drugging and incestuous rape of Lot by his daughters, Abimelek’s rape concern, the exchange of coercive intercourse for hallucinogenic mandrakes, the rape of Dinah by a tribal chieftain, Reuben’s coercive intercourse with his father’s concubine Bilhah, and the sexual harassment of Joseph by Potiphar’s wife.
Genesis 19:32-35Let’s get our father to drink wine and then sleep (shah-CAWV) with him and preserve our family line through our father.” That night they got their father to drink wine, and the older daughter went in and slept (shah-CAWV) with him. He was not aware of it when she lay down (shah-CAWV) or when she got up. The next day the older daughter said to the younger, “Last night I slept (shah-CAWV) with my father. Let’s get him to drink wine again tonight, and you go in and sleep (shah-CAWV) with him so we can preserve our family line through our father.” So they got their father to drink wine that night also, and the younger daughter went in and slept (shah-CAWV) with him. Again he was not aware of it when she lay down (shah-CAWV) or when she got up.
207. Rape, shah-KAWV ah-NAH (Gen 34:2) Strong, H7901 and H6031
This phrase for rape forms from the term shah-KAWV. The range of meaning includes, sleeping, lying down, and coercive intercourse. When used in snap shots of intimate contact in the Book of Genesis, shah-KAWV always means coercive intercourse. The phrase appears first with the mob violence of sexual assault in Sodom, then the doping and repeated rape of Lot by his daughters, Abimelek’s concern for the rape of Sarah, the sexual assault of Dinah, Reuben’s abuse of his father’s concubine, Rachel sex-trafficking her husband in exchange for drugs, and finally appearing in Joseph’s false sexual abuse allegation by Potiphar’s wife. Sha-KAWV is never used for intercourse intimacy in the Book of Genesis. The second word in the phrase, ah-NAH, carries the meaning to abuse or to afflict. Deuteronomy uses this phrase to ensure financial support for victims of rape. The Law mandates that perpetrators of rape must stay legally married to the victims, pay a fine to the family, and provide tribal protection with inheritance rights for life. The third occurrence of this phrase appears in 2 Samuel 13:14 for the incestuous rape of Tamar by her half-brother Amnon.
Genesis 34:2 When Shechem son of Hamor the Hivite, the ruler of that area, saw her, he took her and raped (shah-KAWV ah-NAH) her.
Deuteronomy 22:29 He shall pay her father fifty shekels of silver. He must marry the young woman, for he has violated (ah-NAH shah-KAWV) her. He can never divorce her as long as he lives.
2 Samuel 13:14But he refused to listen to her, and since he was stronger than she, he raped (ah-NAH shah-KAWV) her.

Zah-NAH, sacred sex trafficking appears 93 times within 81 verses of the Hebrew Old Testament. (Strong, H2181) Zah-NAH has range of: unhealthy sexuality, acting in the human sex trafficking industry, or symbolizing Israel’s spiritual decline from intimacy with God. Zah-NAH comes from the Hebrew root word, ZOON, conveying “well or highly fed”. (Strong, H2181) The Aramaic and Ethiopic use of zah-NAH is quite literal, effusio seminis virilis, seman effusum, or absorption of the male seed (Strong, H2181).
Zah-NAH appears three times in Genesis. Shechem rapes Dinah. Ancient customs allowed rape victims to marry the perpetrator as not only a deterrent for sexual assault but also restitution. Once a virgin bride had been compromised by assault, the only financial option for unmarriageable females was human sex trafficking. (Exodus 22:16-17; Deuteronomy 22:28-29) A legal marriage, covenant, with the perpetrator forced him to support her financially and offer security for the rest of her life. Like the yah-BEEM which offered financial security for widows, rape laws offered a kind of ancient Near Easter insurance policy for victims. Children born to rape victims too would also have access to inheritance and security both political and tribal. Back to the snap shot. Dinah’s brothers coerce the perpetrator to circumcise his entire male community as part of a conspired faux marital agreement. While Shechem and his male cohorts recover from surgery, Dinah’s brothers slaughter the incapacitated circumcision patients. Genesis relays the reason for the brothers’ mass murder: “But they replied, ‘Should he have treated (raped) our sister like aprostitute(zah-NAH)’”? (Genesis 34:31)
The final two Genesis citations of zah-NAH, emerge in the Judah and Tamar sacred sex trade seduction snapshot of Genesis 38. Judah promises to give his son Shelah to Tamar in marriage, whose previous two husbands died in the Onan coitus interruptus snapshot.
When Judah delays the marriage, Tamar conspires to pose as sacred sex trade worker and seduce Judah into impregnating her. Judah falls for the coercion and Tamar conceives by her father-in-law. When Tamar’s pregnancy is disclosed, Judah assumes she conceived in the sacred sex trade. Judah calls for Tamar’s execution. The death sentence commutes when his pregnant daughter- in-law produces the identification Judah gave her after the sex trade transaction. Judah remarks after ordering the death of his daughter-in-law with near termination of his embryonic twin sons, “’She is more righteous than I, since I wouldn’t give her to my son Shelah.’ And he did not sleep with her again” (Genesis 38:26).
Exodus cites zah-NAH twice. Both refer specifically to the sacred sex trade and idolatry. Leviticus uses the term, sacred sex trade seven times. Three passages emerge in directions for priests. Leviticus directs priests not to marry within the sacred sex trade, and daughters from priestly families are not to engage in zah-NAH(Leviticus 21). The sacred sex trade connects directly to the worship of Molek (Leviticus 20) and spiritual mediums. Goat worship with the sacred sex trade begins the conversation in Leviticus 17:7. The people of Israel are mandated not to make their daughters enter the sacred sex trade (Leviticus 19:29). All five citations in Numbers relate to the sacred sex trade as opposed to secular non-cultic human trafficking. Israel was to adorn clothing with tassels as a reminder to downregulate sexual neural pathways.
You will have these tassels to look at and so you will remember all the commands of the LORD, that you may obey them and not prostitute yourselves by chasing after the lusts of your own hearts and eyes. (Numbers 15:39)
For the first time male sacred sex trade workers appear in the Bible.
You must not bring the earnings of a female prostitute or of a male prostitute into the house of the LORD your God to pay any vow, because the LORD your God detests them both. (Deuteronomy 23:18)
God prohibits Israelis from paying vows from the sexeconomy of the sacred sex trade in Numbers 23:18. The final passage of Numbers proposes upon Moses’ death, the people will once again decline to human sex trafficking. (Numbers 31:16).
Joshua mentions Rahab the sacred sex trade worker four times. All citations reflect positively on her faith and willingness to protect covert Israeli operatives. Judges strategically uses zah-NAH six times, perhaps indicating evil with decline of consciousness. All citations connect to the sacred sex trade. Judges 19 highlights decline of sexual health for the people of Israel. A Levitical priest takes a concubine from Bethlehem who then abandons him for the sacred sex trade. The story of Israel’s pathogenesis hits rock bottom in these final chapters. The priest’s concubine is gang raped, her body is dismembered, then the parts are distributed to the twelve tribes of Israel. The families of Benjamin, having fallen into disfavor, face possible extinction. In response, the eleven tribes annihilate the people of Jabesh Gilead, kidnapping 400 virgins for the Benjaminites. With regret, this number of human contraband fails to meet the need. The Israelis encourage the tribe of Benjamin to,”Go and hide in the vineyardsand watch. When the young women of Shiloh join in the dancing, rush from the vineyards and each of you seize one of them to be your wife” (Judges 21:20-21). Murder, sexual nihilism, gang rape, and kidnapping define unhealthy sexuality, along with the decline of conscious awareness. The final words in Judges connect loss of intimacy with the decline of syngeneis health: “In those days Israel had no king; everyone did as they saw fit” (Judges 21:25).
The New Testament
Sex trafficked XX female, or female human sex trafficker, pronounced POR-nay, appears twelve times in the Greek New Testament (Strong, G4204). Matthew records the term twice in chapter 21. Jesus compares the righteousness of sex trade workers and their tax-extorting customers with the religious politicians opposing Christ. Jesus states that human trafficking victims enter the kingdom of heaven before corrupt religious elitists. Luke uses the term pornay, in the Prodigal Son snapshot (Luke 15:30). Again, this parable compares the arrogance of religious institutional politicians with the transparency of the prodigal son who returns to the compassionate father. The allegedly devout brother condemns the prodigal son because of participation in the human sex trade. The compassionate father, God, defends the prodigal son with heartfelt intimacy of reconciliation.
Paul the Apostle utilizes the word POR-nay twice in a sexual health piece for the Corinthian community. In Paul’s mind, participation in the sacred sex trade results in the same kind of spiritual unity as intercourse intimacy in marriage.
The books of Hebrews and James reflect on the life of Rahab, the human trafficking survivor of Joshua 2. Rahab protected two Israeli intelligence operatives surveilling Jericho for an impending siege. All Biblical writers speak of Rahab with dignity and respect. In fact, Rahab appears in the direct family line of Jesus within Matthew’s genealogy (Matthew 1:5).
The final pornay passages appear five times in Revelation 17 and 19. Conspiracy and intrigue weave end time disaster with greedy sexual politics. Four times the sacred sex trade appears in chapter 17, describing a political leader ultimately defeated by military intervention. The final reference to pornay features defeat of the sexualized leader within a celestial scene of victorious celebration.
Male, XY, sex trafficker or sex trafficked male, POR-nos, appears 10 times in the GNT. (Strong, G4205) Seven citations directly connect to sacred cult practices of idolatry. The writer of Hebrews and Paul both cite POR-nos without mention of religious worship. These references may indicate secular sex trade work. 70% of POR-nos references link to sacred sex trafficking. The Hebrew parallel to POR-nos is kah-DEISH appearing six times in six WLC verses. (Strong, H6945) 81% of all male sex trade references in the Bible connect to the institutional sexeconomy of religious clerics within a sacrificial system called idolatry.
Revelation 21:8 But the cowardly, the unbelieving, the vile, the murderers, the sexually immoral (POR-nos, male XY human traffickers), those who practice magic arts, the idolaters and all liars—they will be consigned to the fiery lake of burning sulfur. This is the second death.”
The majority use of the porn word group in the Bible points to trafficking humans for the sexeconomy of religious cults. This may assist parents as they speak to their children about pornography. Restoring the image of God in Christ to syngenesis may assist with problematic consumption of erotic media of the porn industry. Is it possible that objectification and dehumanization form the common ground of trafficking and pornography? Could the beauty of God’s image redeem dehumanization and objectification of erotic media? Can this conversation with our families begin to replace pornography as the primary educator for children’s health and safety?
Airsoft and Adrenaline Sports for Ages 12-18
Airsoft is one of the most exciting sports I have ever participated in. Situational awareness, teamwork, defending your squad, taking a hit with honesty, loyalty to comrades, and honoring the code of conduct all blend for an amazing experience. This shared experience is powerful to build strong bonds with teammates. In addition, adrenaline sports like Airsoft can assist to regulate syngenesis neural pathways. In other words, adrenaline activities can assist children ages 12-18 to manage the chemical transfer of adrenaline as they mature and prepare for covenant marriage and family.
There are 5 syngenesis neural pathways. The prefrontal cortex regulates anxiety and emotion, processes reason, and feels compassion. The PFC is the spiritual part of the brain where gratitude, prayer, doing God’s will, and reflection take place. When the PFC is online, children can regulate emotions including syngenesis neural pathways.
The second neural pathway transfers dopamine. This network responds to attraction and aversion. A child feels attraction to another person according to internal wiring from childhood. In the same way aversion to others takes place.
The third syngenesis network bonds with others. This is called the peptide system transferring oxytocin and vasopressin. Oxytocin is responsible for bonding with others, vasopressin is specifically oriented for long term relationships.
Hormones of estrogen and testosterone transfer in the fourth circuit. These are the powerful and warm feelings of desire for reproduction. A hormone transfer can last from days to weeks.
The fifth neural pathway transfers adrenaline from the adrenal glands located on top of the kidneys. Adrenaline circuitry is vital for the survival of the human species. Ejaculatory inevitability triggers the transfer of sperm to the cervix. Please see Key Vocabulary. Without this system, fertilization and creation of the human embryo is not possible. A benevolent Creator crafted one of the most complex and successful reproductive systems known to humankind. With aggressive sports, children can learn how to regulate emotions, including adrenaline neuro pathways of the syngensis system.
